The manager rude behavior and misleading event made us feel very disappointed at this hotel. It’s a shame the beautiful hotel’s reputation been ruined by unprofessional manager. I saw her treate the employees very rude and tough, too.
Beautiful hotel, But the manager, rudely scolded upon arrival for a late check-in. Later, did things again was rude and disrespectful throughout. Unfortunately, this only allows certain character or I’ll tell everybody the complete story.
