Breakfast was great and so were the helpful staff - any time we had a question or needed anything they were super responsive and helpful. The pool area was beautiful and the property was away from the main city, giving privacy and less noise but a short walk away.

The design.

The plumbing system had issues and the location does not have view of the sunset.The manager of the property was curt and made several mistakes, such as sending us the wrong room number that led to us entering a room already in use upon our arrival at 1am!

In general it was very good and we might come back. Location is great if you are ok with walking a little in exchange of silence. Great hosts!!

Nothing really relevant, but I think they are one step below the 10 because of details:- one day the person who did the cleaning “forgot” to make up the bed- first day the bathroom was not clean and we didn’t have hot water (solved)- sheets were uncomfortable - TV not working (no streaming App worked)

The staff couldn’t have done more for us and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and support us during our stay. Location is excellent, a 10 min walk into town with the local bus station there too. Pool is so lovely with great views and our balcony was lovely. Breakfast was great and had it delivered to our door anytime we wanted before 10:30am. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is about a 12-minute uphill walk from the attractions, but since there’s no need to carry luggage up stairs, I still think the location is acceptable. However, I wouldn’t really recommend staying here in the summer even with air conditioning, it’s still extremely hot indoors, and the uphill walk from the Oia bus station is quite a distance.

The air conditioner is too far from the bed, which makes it still very hot in the July summer.

It is on the quiet side of the town. Has ocean views but crowdy.

We loved everything about our stay. Katerina was so helpful and friendly. The location is perfect: a few minutes walk into Oia, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The layout of our room made it comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Nothing. A perfect stay

The property and all its amenities are very new, very clean and modern. The location is perfect too, it is not in the center but is very near to the center, around 200 meters, which is an advantage if you want a peaceful rest at night or want to swim to the pool with privacy. No tourists can and will disturb you here. It has a free breakfast which is very yummy, healthy and in a big serving. Our room (Room # 1) was cleaned daily. The pool and view are fantastic. Water supply is great. Bed are super comfy. Has lots of extra sheets and towels. The staff was friendly. This property honestly exceeded my expectation.

The toilet has no key therefore it can't be locked, but for me and for my friend it was not a big deal. Communication is the key. :)

The property is a 5-7 minute walk to Oia bus station. With only 4 rooms it’s perfectly quiet and the small pool area is beautifully overlooking the empty plains and the sea to the north. The room itself was compact but had all the amenities we needed, really modern and super clean. Breakfast every morning on the terrace was our highlight.

A bit hard to find as the property is located behind another property.

Lovely stay here, friendly staff with spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice little shared pool with a view. Close to Oia - you can walk but we opted for hiring transport to see more of island. Good breakfast every morning and room cleaned daily.

Wifi was slow and stopped working a couple of times when it was very windy. Wasn’t too much of an issue for us but would be if you relied upon wifi for anything as low service there too.

Everything was perfect. Our host was lovely and very helpful. 6 minutes walk to the centre and bus station. Apartment was comfortable and just up the hill next to it you have an amazing view of the sunset. Highly recommend!

Location, breakfast and cleaning

For the money we paid I would have expected more services. There was not a reception room. We hardly saw the staff.
