Location is great, breakfast was enjoyable. We ate dinner there one night which was superb! The staff is very attentive and responsive. Overall it exceeded our expectations.

Location, close to everything but not in the middle. Comfortable and beautiful rooms with a private hot tub. The breakfast was phenomenal. Customer service from the owner to the rest of the staff was amazing. We’ll definitely be back.

We were very nervous about our choice of where to stay, but we did not make a mistake. We had the best location for our taste in OIA. Elsa and her tea were super accommodating and helpful with everything. I would recommend it for everyone.

The location was amazing, right in the heart of downtown Oia. You can easily walk to everything important to see or do in Oia, including dining, shops, the blue-domed churches, etc. There were also nearby markets to buy food, snacks, and alcohol for cheaper too.

The property is in a perfect location in oia. It’s not in the hustle of the blue domes but less than a 5 min walk. The breakfast each morning was delicious and very filling. The pool was stunning and very relaxing.

Super location with amazing views. From the port transfer to the private patio breakfast, Filotera came through with Quality in all areas.

We loved the staff, location and the pool was great with amazing views of the caldera! Staff met us as we got there and directed us to our villa which was super helpful! We got a big TASTY breakfast every morning

The location and the staff were amazing, especially Ivan and Dooreem. The location made it easy to get anywhere in Oia and the view was beautiful.

Our room was lovely and clean but the decor could have been upgraded.

The room was spacious and well decorated. Attentive and helpful staff. Great breakfast served at your private patio with sea view. Heated tub was excellent.

A lot of stairs

We loved every moment of our stay in this suite. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the service was top-notch, the view from our room was stunning, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Location was right in the center which facilitated very good views. Breakfast was top notch and delivered to your room. Easy check in. Can walk to restaurants other views, shopping etc.

The bathroom sink did not drain as fast as we would like, but I am sure that is easily repairable.

We loved the rooms, it's cute and cozy. Complete with essential toiletries which by the way were RITUALS brand. We love our breakfast spread by the jacuzzi overlooking the caldera. The hotel is also near to everything. The staff were amazing, especially Elsa, the receptionist who welcomed us in the morning and enthusiastically gave us info about our stay in Oia.

Perfect location. Great view. Amazing breakfast. Friendly staff who went over and beyond to make our stay so special. We were particularly impressed by Ivan. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the food was superb.

Breakfast was nice. Location was good. However, bed was not comfortable. Hot tub was dirty and cold.

Bathroom could have been nicer. Hot tub could have been better.

Location was excellent with Caldera View. Very friendly staff especially Elsa was great. Breakfast was customized to our requirements as we are vegetarians. We also booked Yatch cruise and professional photographer through Filotera and our experience was great.

Honestly this place is underrated. We couldn’t find any fault. Top location close to everywhere , amazing breakfast breathtaking views so kind and helpful staff . I will definitely go back and recommend to check this place out. You will not be disappointed. Oh and yes the massage experience on the outside area with this views was just adding cherry to the cake . ?

The staff, location and view was outstanding!

The hotel is in a lovely location in Oia with views of the sea and coastline and the caldera. Nice and quiet and even more beautiful at night from your very own jacuzzi. Breakfast was lovely in the morning, either to have by the pool or on your terrace. Plenty to choose from, you get a bread/ croissant basket with jams as standard and then to choose 3 plates per person.You could choose fruit, pancakes, omelette, eggs, bacon, sausage etc. The room is equipped with everything you need - hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels, complimentary drinks in the minibar, bottle of wine, dressing gowns and slippers.All the staff were lovely apart from one reception lady when we checked in/out who seemed a little off.

We did get the room at a good rate however, if you were to pay full price, the room did seem a little tired and dated in places for the money you spend. There was also a bit of an insect infestation by our hotel room door which was a bit gross. The hotel did sort it that night in a short term measure by spraying dettol aresol but feel it should be something that is maintained generally. It looked like the insects had been there a while and were nesting in the door itself!When we informed the receptionist upon checkout she didn't seem bothered or apologetic.
