- the view is amazing
- The jacuzzi which you could relax in there and enjoy the amazing view of caldera. The private porch which also had an excellent view. Very secure, cooling atmosphere being inside of a veritable cave, really restful after the crowds and heat of Santorini.
Cons -
- the step¿s really aren¿t steps. certainly not handicap accessible. if i would have known about the ¿steps¿. i would not have booked the room. certainly can¿t have drinks and then safety get yourself back to your room
- Parking is split from the hotel so you must cross a busy street and then walk down very steep cobblestone steps. They help with luggage going in and out but for the day to day it is a hassle to deal with.
- the room design comfort and amenities particularly the bathroom was TERRIBLE!!! the bathroom floor stayed soaked, there was no place for toiletries in shower the lighting was poor, the daybed downstairs was hard & very uncomfortable for sitting/sleeping

The location was great. Hotel employees and cleaning staff were great. Room was unique.
The blonde hair lady was not as friendly as the rest of the staff, seemed annoyed when approached. The hot tub was not hot. Upstairs in our cave was very warm. Bathroom had a strange smell
Excellent location, on the calmer side of the Caldera. Breathtaking views. Super friendly and very helpful staff.
The staff was nice. They tried to make up for the very disappointing hotel. Our expectations were high because of the very expensive price and the beautiful marketing photos. Many of the guests were complaining and one couple checked out early.
The hotel is a terrible value. It is far too expensive for what you receive--not a real "view", room basics are missing, horrible double bed, long walk up/ down to the hotel is torture, pool is tiny/dirty, breakfast was cold, common areas are bad.
The location and amazing view
Everything
Lots of steps to climb but that is part of the experience of Santorini
The Romo is excelent
Everything was amazing, the room , the location, the staff.. everything really was amazing ( especially the staff they are very kind and friendly and supportive, The best staff I've ever dealt with) No matter how much I say, I can’t do justice to all the staff — they are truly respectful, helpful, and kind.
Transcendent. Dear Caldera Premium Villa team, we arrived just as the Octobersun slipped behind the volcano and left hand-in-hand five mornings later believing that sunsets would never again look the same. Your cliff-side villa gave us a front-row seat to the most famous dusk on earth, yet inside the cave-white walls we felt deliciously alone. Champagne on the heated plunge pool, breakfast that appeared like a secret at our terrace gate, the scent of sea salt drifting through linen curtains—every moment felt curated yet effortless. Thank you for turning our Santorini dream into a memory we will replay forever.
The location was absolutely magical—perched on the caldera with breathtaking views that made every morning feel like a dream. The staff were exceptional: warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. For the quality of the experience, the price could not be beat. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santorini.
Honestly, nothing stood out as a negative during our stay. Everything exceeded expectations.
Beautiful location. Excellent service from the receptionist, to the porters getting our luggage to our room from the taxi drop off, to the wonderful kitchen staff and hostess. Magical experience.
The jacuzzi had one temperature. It wasn’t hot, and you couldn’t change it.
Central location in oia which was perfect for the scenery, restaurants, shopping!
Never stay in this hotel
Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Avoid at All Costs! This place is run like a military camp, not a hotel. From the very beginning, the staff showed their true colors:•We had a visa issue and tried to cancel just one hour after booking – they rudely refused. First time this has ever happened to us in years of traveling.•Tried to call to explain and requested to speak with the manager. The shocking response: “Not allowed to talk to him.”When we finally managed to arrive (after a stressful visa ordeal), we asked to see the rooms before checking in since the hotel has so many terrible reviews. Again, they refused. Only after arguing did they reluctantly agree. The location is decent, but Greece is full of wonderful hotels – so why waste your time here? The property itself is a joke:•Dangerous steep stairs – you honestly pray you don’t get hurt climbing them.•Check-out nightmare – we politely asked for a one-hour extension. Their answer? A harsh “No.” At 10:59am, two staff literally stood outside our door pressuring us to leave, as if we were criminals.•Amenities? Nonexistent. Think cheap, run-down chalet with zero comfort. This hotel is an embarrassment to Greek hospitality. Anyone who travels to Greece often knows the warmth and kindness this country is famous for. This place has none of it.If you value respect, basic courtesy, and even a hint of comfort – DO NOT stay here.
The bathroom and the room were big.
I had requested a sea view property, but was given a room with an obstructed view at the very bottom. To reach it, I had to go down the cliff and climb back up very steep, slippery steps.
We loved staying here. The location was perfect for walking to the blue domes, restaurants and plenty of shopping. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. If you're unable to do stairs, not sure this would be a place for you to stay. We just climbed them slowly but didn't mind because the view was worth every step lol! Staff handles getting your luggage to and from your room so that was great!
Perfect location and view
The breakfast timing and the pool timing
The location and the views are stunning and perfect. The staff is incredibly generous and helpful. Miss Anna runs the breakfast and without a doubt - and we’ve traveled the world extensively - her food, the display, her charm and welcoming personality makes this place absolutely perfect. We can get the views elsewhere. You can’t get Anna or her breakfast anywhere but here.
The room smelled a bit moldy and the staff sits on the steps outside room 106 and talks early in the morning. Voices carry easily into the room even at normal speaking volumes.
