Great hotel for families , staff are very nice and welcoming , a lot to do for kids

The rooms are very clean but simple The taxi company the hotel use , the drivers are not nice and not Hospitable

There are a couple of things that are particularly great about this accommodation:- the pool area is quite recently renovated, and is perfect for young kids (we were travelling with a 14 month old).- they have three a la carte restaurants that are basically on the same location near the beach which are all three very good, look quite cute, and have sufficient choice and great quality. In the period we visited, we were able to make reservations for almost 60% nights of our stay. Also, during lunch no reservations were needed.- maybe this should have been the first bullet; but staff is absolutely great and goes above and beyond to comfort guests. There are places in the 5star category that are more luxurious but keeping in mind the pricing of this hotel, I have to say the all inclusive package offers an absolutely excellent value for money!

The rooms and the inside of the hotel is a little outdated. But that said, everything works well, is very clean and also has kind of a retro feeling to it. As such, this did not bother us.

Buffet was meh and the choices over the time of the stay were very samey. The al e carte restaurants were better but a lady next to me got served chicken so still not 5*! The pools were LUSH but they were not heated, the sea was warmer than the pools, but still nice and clean.

Excellent breakfast, seaside marvelous swimming in the sea was fantastic.

Some of the stuff, when speaking in Greek (they were non native greek speakers), were not using polite language, I would propose to hire much more local greek speaking (and of course multi other languages) personnel

In the first place, hotel was very clean and well organized. Foods are good enough, pools and the beach were perfect. But most impressive thing was friendly, helpfull and smiling hotel staff. They were really really good in their job !

Location of the hotel is quite away from Port of Kos. They can arrange shuttle from port to hotel.

Big, very well organized. Facilities are not new, bath tubs, towels, beds are not the best but they are good enough. But it is by far the cleanest place i have stayed in! Staff is extraordinary: Super nice, professional, smiling faces in the middle of crowds! Thanks to each and every employee for making us feel at home! Food was delicious, there is food 24hrs! Beach bars handling crowd amazingly with a variety of decent drinks. I rarely write good reviews but Metsis Norida was worth it.

Would be best to see the layout before booking and if possible decide which part you want to stay. The area is really big and there are not many elevators or entrance for long floors if you are in one corner. We already decided rooms to ask for the next time!:)

Swimming pools, proximity to sea, high quality food and drinks, entertainment (including for children) and amazing friendly staff

There’s a bit of a rush on sunbeds round the pools. We went a couple of times at 8.30am to leave our towels there and only got 1 sunbed for 3 of us. Some families leave their towels on several sunbeds and barely use any of them.

The hotel beach and pools are amazing, and beautiful! The main restaurant is great with great variety of tasty food. The best part of mitsis Norida, is it's staff - they made our stay comfortable and fun, and we felt welcomed and cared for the entire time!The activities organized by the hotel were great, and especially Ella made the volleyball and football tournaments (and the mini disco! ) super fun!

The newly renovated pool area was beautiful and all the staff were incredible so tentative and friendly and pleasant.

Unfortunately the rooms are definitely not 5 star or the shared hotel areas and this was disappointing. The rooms that say they are sea view are not only if the sea they have buildings infront of them too. The setting for the Grill, Asian and fish restaurant is 5 star but sadly the food definitely isn’t.

Quality of food and attentiveness of staff very good. Special shout out to our Buggy driver Peter who went above and beyond for our group.

Broken air conditioning which resulting in a room change to a much more restrictive and stepped room, did not suit us because of a group member being bad on their feet. This was eventually changed again after speaking with reception.Rooms very dated and basic. Late checkout not possible with a transfer time of 8pm, made our day very uneasy and not so relaxing without the bedroom facilities being available to us.

We loved everything. 8,5 ---> 9 and I believe nothing is perfect :)The hospitality, the value they gave you, the entertainment, the snacks were to die for. The meals was also good but there is a room to improve. So, if they improved the meals taste wise and restaurant sitting system (waiting to be seated), it would be close to 10/10. The animation team was friendly in a good balance. So, no overboard you or care less of you. It was in perfect balanceThe scheduled activities, we enjoyed a lot. The beach and the sun beds was good and enough for everyone. The sea was good and clear but sometimes the wind gives you hard time.The pizza on the beach oh my good! and the people, I saw 3 people responsible of it. You can tell they love their job and it also gives joy to you to see that. the moves they make, the taste of the pizza just perfect!The creperie was also really good. The waitress is really good at her job. The taste of the crepe was really good.This was the longest review I gave :D the reader can understand how happy we were during our stay at Mitsis Norida!

Since it is a big hotel, for drinks and meals, you need to wait some queue. However, they highlighted the timeslots. If you do not want to face the crowd, just avoid the high demanded hours for restaurants. Nevertheless, it is worth to wait :) I found it strange that a waiter/waitress needs to show your seat. Some of the waiters/waitresses was really good but some of them make you feel like they don't want to be there and serve you. Late check out system can be improved because you would not know if you can have the room or not. It is not expected to let you keep your own room of course but I would expect the temporary room can have more a room vibe.

The resort is located on the beach. A lot of bars evenly located around the property. Staff is super nice and accommodating. We were upgraded for free. The two restaurants Smokey grill and big blue are located on the beach, stunning view and decent choice of food.

The resort is not really 5 stars. I would give it maybe 4. It’s a little bit dated and a lot of facilities or even room need proper maintenance. Bungalows sea views are on top of hill quite far the main location. Food was canteen style, quite average, nothing fancy and most of the days is the same.

Food across the board was excellent. Drinks were goodStaff friendly and helpful. Renovated pool areas are great just have to be there before 9am to get a sun bed or later in the day.We had a large room that overlooked the sea

Our room was big but had a super small balcony which wasn’t really comfortable to relax on. Lack of aircon in areas of hotel (reception, ampitheatre)Some communal areas of hotel could do with an update
