Sea Breeze Hotel

The location is perfect for folks taking the ferry to Kalymnos to go rock climbing. It’s a short walk to beach front restaurants and bars. It’s lively place.The manager was quite nice. Breakfast was very good.

Unfortunately, because there are no screens to keep bugs out, the mosquitoes were terrible at night. The management could solve the problem by installing mosquito nets over the beds.

There was no way to keep mosquitoes from getting into the room. So I had to improvise a mosquito “net” out of a sheet. It worked fairly well, but I couldn’t sleep.

Simple, clean family run hotel, with friendly staff. A little dated but great for a short stay. Close to ferry terminal and bus stop to airport or Kos Town. Short walk to beach and many delicious restaurants.

The location was perfect for us, right next to the port where we needed to catch a ferry the next morning. It was also right by several restaurants within walking distance for dinner and breakfast. Check in was easy. The host was extremely friendly and helpful getting us checked in and giving us information about when to leave the next morning to catch the ferry.

No complaints. It was a great place to stay.

Great location easy access to ferry port and airport. Very attractive room, comfy bed and everywhere spotlessly clean run by a lovely family who can’t do enough to help you. I had problem with ferry delays and cancellation from Kalymnos (high winds) but communication with the property was excellent. Thank you

The staff were very accommodating when I made entered the wrong dates on my booking. Entirely my fault but they made sure we could get rooms. Very clean.Excellent location for catching the ferry to Kalymnos.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. I have a really bad back often and really struggled .

The Sea Breeze is always welcoming and the staff are very pleasant. The rooms are basic but clean and bright. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the ferry port and local tavernas.

It was everything we needed for our short stay. We will be back!

Good position for our needs and had everything (almost) We needed.

Only complaint is very little on the tea/coffee tray. 1 milk only. I could probably have collected more myself but it wasn't convenient.

It was soo clean! That’s the most important thing! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Location is nice.

The bed was too short for me even though I’m only 180cm - my feet were just outside of the bed causing discomfort in the morning.

We were greeted as soon as we arrived. Very friendly. Got us to our room quickly. Everything was to our satisfaction. Helped us navigate the town and with the ferries.

In one sentence I would say, highly recommended place to stay.Location: Mastichari is a very convenient place to stay as Tegaki and Kefalos are both relatively close by private car and only take around 20 minutes. By public bus, anyone can easily travel to Kos town, Tigaki, Kefalos, and even other places, and the public transport is impressive in KOS. We traveled by public transport and enjoyed a lot. The bus station and ferry to Kalymynos are about 5 minutes walking distance. Restaurants(also have breakfast options) and supermarkets are also nearby. Hotel Service: the owner of the hotel is a very nice, helpful, and humble person. Excellent service. Although we didn't book for breakfast, they provided an electric kettle, cups, mugs, enough water bottles, coffee, and sugar as complimentary in the room, which was enough for our 3-night stay. Cleanliness: very clean. Our room and bathroom were top-notch and clean. No insects, bugs, or mosquitoes. The room also has an insect repellent.Room: The size of the room is big enough for 2 persons. The bed is very comfortable and cozy. Even the staff provides extra pillows and bed sheets when we ask. The room had a fridge and air conditioner, fully functional. The bathroom was also very clean. It's a bit long review, but I believe the honest review is a must to choose a good place to stay. This hotel has earned this review.

I have no complaints so far, but it is a little bit noisy when people talk loudly.

Great staff. Our plane was delayed and we were late arriving at the hotel. Staff very helpful, phoned up to see if we were ok - thank you Angela. The receptionist gave us information about which ferry to catch to Kalymnos the next morning, times etc. Restaurants close by that serve until late evening.
