Eurovillage Achilleas Hotel

We liked the easy access to the beach and the breakfast buffet.

There was no iron/ironing board available.

Beautiful Village so close to the Sea with beautiful swimming pool and very nice stuff.Only 8 minutes drive from the airport and so close to the sea.

The housekeeper staff were excellent...

The food was not very exciting the same taste everyday....and the staff in the dinning room and main bar were not friendly at all

Our room was very clean. Beach is perfect and sun beds were free of charge. Our stay included breakfast and it was ok.

It is not really hotel’s job but more frequent public transport between the hotel/mastichari and city center would be very useful for the tourists. Renting a car would be a better option than relying on public transport.

Nice pool. Nice beach. All inclusive bar from 10am-11pm was a nice surprise! Nice rooms.

Not much vibe at night. Breakfast ok but not fantastic. Mini golf course in poor state.

Large complex

Very out dated not clean sun chairs broken not enough provided team rude and its all inclusive but they charge for bottles of water or alcohols in main bar. They charge for nice drinks and rest free but tastes so sweet. Pools over crowded very dirty nobody picks rubbish up around pool! Also never been to an all inclusive and had to pay for ice coffee!!! Food very repetitive and not great!!!

Excellent vacation. Hotel is more beautiful in reality than on photos. It’s very close to the airport. Services are great, first night we arrived very late and they had dinner box for us, which we didn’t even expect. We were driven to the room with a golfcar because resort is huge. Room was well equiped, they cleaned our room twice, other days we put the sign not to disturb, because we didn’t need to clean it everyday. While on vacation, we were called by hotel relations manager to make sure, if everything is okay and if we have any complaints, which I think was really thoughtful and caring from hotel. But from our side everything was excellent. Food was very good, many choices, big pool, nice beach and supermarket right across the street of the hotel. Totally recommend this hotel for your stay!

No bus connection from hotel to airport (I mean public transport), but that’s not hotel’s fault. You have to walk to centre of Mastichari to bus station (around 25 minutes) or order taxi from hotel or online, because hotel is not in the center of Mastichari (again, not hotel’s fault). We asked on the reception to order a taxi for us and there was no problem with that, came on time, safe ride, good price (better than I ordered online on our arrival).

The swimming pool fight about sunbeds is truly nightmare.It should not be allowed to book any sunbeds before opening time and left items should be immediately removed

The staff on the reception were efficient and pleasant. Most of the bar staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was good in general. Our room was well equipped and clean. Although the resort was busy, it never appeared too crowded.

The sunbed situation was terrible, the pool was clean but the pool area was dirty with rubbish left from previous days. The entertainment during the day was poor. The resort was isolated but we knew that when it was booked.

Large pool. Clean and large area. Friendly stuff. Good location. Close to the airport. 15 min. Drive to kardamania.Bright renovated rooms. Varied meals. Parking. Shuttle service to your room by golfcar. Entertainment program. Beach and pool bars with sitting area. Private beach with showers and other facilities

Very bad experience

As we were leaving the hotel after checkout, we asked the receptionist to order a taxi for us. The taxi did not arrive for an hour. We had to walk for an hour to the port with our heavy suitcases, and we missed our ferry. The receptionist did not offer any solution. It was a very bad experience to end our stay.

such a good place, the hotel is in a very good location, the staff are very friendly and attentive, very good food and good Advent, and the good thing is the hotel is closer to the beach, always happy to visit.

Cockroach infested rooms crappy air conditioning hard beds shanty shack rooms

As its name, it is like a village. The buildings are nice, it is very green with palm, olive, orange trees. The hotel has its own access to the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free of charge. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This hotel complex is amazing all around, the staff are brilliant so polite and helpful, very clean environment very family friendly, the pools are decent size and clean the entertainment was fun and enjoyable. We will definitely be back here.

The hotel is located on the beach, the hotel has a private beach, the staff was remarkably kind and helpful, there isn’t much to do in the area but it’s a small island and there are many things to do near and everything is a max 30 min drive, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, there is a huge pool and many activities that the hotel provides during the night and day. We really enjoyed are stay and highly recommend!!

I loved check-in. The staff member was very welcoming, and we were dropped off at our rooms. The breakfast was lovely and the rooms were clean. This is our experience from one night

The check out. I was held for 20-30 mins without an explanation as to why it I was held up. The staff said it was logistics, and when I asked for further clarification, they would not give me their time of the day. One staff member lastly said that they were checking payment even though I paid upfront via booking.com. Another staff member was checking our room to see I assume, to see if we took something. I don't mind all these checks if only I was notified about it. I even asked if they are checking the room to see if that was the reason for the delay. The manager came out and didn't even acknowledge the situation. This only happened to our check out. Once one member received a call, we could go and still not stating the reason for the delay. One member said the system had crashed but continued checking in and checking out other customers. Did not enjoy the check out process

Everything was perfect! The property itself is beautiful, clean pool, modern air conditioned rooms, great selection at breakfast buffet. Staff are friendly and helpful. Extremely honest about the property tax which we paid on check in, which was actually already paid at the time of booking- called us to refund and apologise. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a relaxing holiday in paradise!
