Great location just off the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The staff was great. I had a few traveling mistakes that had nothing to do with them and they solved them all

We have stayed here before which says it all really. Quiet, peaceful and safe surrounding area. We had travelled on the ferry from Kalymnos and collected the keys from an agency a short walk from the port. We were then driven with our bags to the hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel was a fairly short walk to the centre of the village and near a big supermarket and some smaller shops. There is a pleasant bar (The Applo) about 5-10 minutes walk away. The beach is a few minutes walk away. The hotel arranged out (on time) taxi to the airport, and managed to change the time for us when we were advised in advance of our flight departure delay.

The bathroom was perhaps a little dated but spotlessly clean. There was no view from the balcony (we know that when booking) but there is nothing the hotel could do about that.

Needs updating. Tired looking. Shower door falling off. Towels very hard.

Location very close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Clean and modern, equipped with all the necessary equipment for the kitchen. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

Bathroom needs updating, shower doors falling off and toilet fixings rusty.Bathroom wasn’t sufficiently cleaned and often smelled. Toilet flusher didn’t work properly.Cooking utensils were lacking e.g. no food preparation knife, no bottle opener, cork screw etc.

We loved our stay here and would recommend it to everybody! Fantastic value for price, clean and the location was excellent. It’s a short walk to the beach, and Mastichari is a great little town and a wonderful starting point to explore Kos. Plus the staff are amazing! Vivi was the best! Very friendly and so accommodating with our requests. If we return to Kos in the future we know where we’ll be staying.

We have stayed here before. It was spotless and in great condition. Someone cleaned our room daily. We were lucky that our room was ready when we arrived in the morning and we got to stay late on our last day. The location is great and close to Half Time Bar where we use the pool. Staff lovely.

Very well equipped, especially if you like self catering. Close to the beach and two swimming pools, the Luis pool or just around the corner is the halftime pool. Short stroll down to the village for your Breakfast or of an evening, a lovely Meal plenty of Restaurants or Tavernas. There's plenty of bars, with differing music, but all pretty low key.

Not much to dislike to be honest we had a great stay!

Lack of anyone in reception meant the personal touch associated with Greek self catering was lacking. Balcony a bit on the small size

Quiet location, yet only 5 minutes walk to restaurants and beach. Lovely sea view from balcony towards the island of Kalymnos. Room cleaned and linen changed every day. Friendly and helpful staff.

Exactly what we paid for. Vivi responded to small issue and rectified very quickly. Even being able to keep room on for last day was fantastic as it gave us opportunity to spend day at beach. Vivi also booked us a taxi to take us to airport.

Very good location, quiet but close to center, the beach and even a very nice beach bar which is more relaxed and quiet then the others. The studio was well equipped and had everything we needed. What was most outstanding was the friendliness and exceptionally good service of Vivi. She helped us whenever and however she could!! She let us change to an even better room (better view) after one night, she let us stay at the last day longer in the studio so that we could take a shower before going to the airport - ans many more! We were really overwhelmed!!

Very well equiped kitchen including toaster and microwave. Bathroom modern with powerful shower. Brilliant location. Great owners always on call and happy to provide help and advice.

Water temperature a little hit and miss

The room was very nice. The air con and safety deposit box were included in the price. There was a toaster, microwave and sandwich maker in the kitchette. Cleaner came in every day so it was spotlessly clean.

Clean, reasonably priced, and staff were very accommodating.

Location, price, good air condition and very good communication with the owners.

Looking a little tired and no hot water one evening

our room was great , living room with a kitchen a bedroom and bathroom

it would have been perfect but our toilet didn't refill properly at times and the shower could have been a bit more powerful apart from that it was brilliant

Good size room a nice little walk from town. Daily cleaning. person on site to show us in.
