Everything, the room was lovely same as the staff and breakfast was great and only a short walk down to the beach or up to the village

The stay was wonderfull. We really enjoyed it. The pool and surroundings are clean and quiet. And the view... AMAZING ! The pool is really big. The breakfast was simple, but nice, with nice coffee express.

Very welcoming! We stayed for one night before heading elsewhere in Kos after a late flight - but the staff were there till late and very friendly!

Location, cleanness, breakfast is terrible, no water for a day, cockroaches, they charge you extra (without notification) for something so essential as air conditioning! Ridiculous

Good size rooms, fabulous pool area with plenty of beds and umbrellas and a great pool bar serving good snacks, at a reasonable cost. Wonderful family run hotel with lovely staff.

Up a steep hill, so not for anyone with walking difficulties, also lots of steps/ramps to access rooms. Breakfast was basic continental style.

Beautiful location and views although it is a 1 hour ride to Kos Town. Bus stop is conveniently located right outside of hotel. Hotel owner Diana is an absolute treasure. You receive personalized attention from her. She even drove two of us to nearby restaurant after taxi didnt show up.

Could do with some refurbishment. No separate shower in bathroom. Water goes all over the floor but does dry quickly though.

Helpfull and kind people in hotel, very nice room. Breakfest was fresh, and good food. Everything was amazing!

Everything was great. The owners, the staff and everybody was super friendly, warm and ready to help on every step. Everything was perfectly cleaned, the room was cleaned every day. The beds were really comfortable. I strongly recommend visit them. Great price aswell.

The staff is great ! Diana and Christina are great we received warm welcome throughout our stay. We shared stories and they gave very good tips regarding the place for seafood !To be honest we felt like at home except it is more luxurious at Hermes !The swimming pool has a small hill in the background. Rooms have very easy access to the pool. I must say the facility is well designed.Plus, Laundry service was fast.We love our stay at Hermes

At breakfast where drinks were on tap there was a paper that we should not fill our own bottles, but we should ask the staff to fill them for us. When I asked about it, the lady told me that I was supposed to buy a new bottle/drink at the bar.

The property is clean. The property is big and every day was everything tidy. Not noisy. Fresh towels every day. Smily stuff. They speak excelent english. Bar and the barman are TOP! Barman is making great coctails. Friendly owners! Breakfast was superb. Daily fresh vegetables and fruits. Feta. Chees, ham. Greek joghurt. Donats. Fresh coffe and juice. The position of the hotel in the vilage is great. Kefalos is quiet and relaxing. Next to the hotel is car and scooter rental office - Katherina's hire- I higly recomend them. Definity we come back.

A family owned hotel. Diana and her staff rendered a very good service during my stay. Hotel facilities are adequate and they offer only breakfast. Despite this, only around 10 mins walk to Kefalos beach area. Plenty of restaurants and bars to fill you up as well as supermarkets to replenish your stock. I would suggest to rent a car in order to fully explore this beautiful island which I did . if not, public bus to and fro Kos town are provided.
