    • Such a beautiful hotel. Well designed and feels luxurious. Overall very specious. Nice amount of facilities and different locations around the hotel. The med restaurant was amazing. The staff were helpful and friendly. Pools were very clean. Pool beds were very comfy. High level hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much.

    • Food was very good, close proximity to the beach. Hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas.

    Cons -

    • The bbq restaurant did not answer our expectations unfortunately. We were 5 people and which made it Difficult to manage the bbq and have enough food for everyone. The staff did not explain how to use the grill or what each meat is (since it’s very dark it was difficult to know before tasting). This restaurant specifically to us did not work unfortunately. The other restaurants were much more suitable for us as a group.
    • Pool temperature (during October)Restaurants a la carte didn't have all options shown in menu
    • Using the app was a bit challenging as we had 3 rooms booked but staff were very helpful. The only small thing I would change would be the lighting in the room, too many switches for different areas, not really necessary and you could still see the blue LED in the dark. Lots of steps - we managed but older people would maybe find challenging in hot weather.

The upgraded rooms were perfect, lots of space and the most comfortable bed, huge bathroom and great wardrobe space. Our room was located right by one of the pools which was beautifully maintained and the beds are comfortable and views even more beautiful! Restaurants were lovely all having amazing views over the sea. Sunsets are incredible.

Sadly the main part of the hotel is a little rundown, main lobby area and buffet along with the gym and inside pool!We did spend to much time there as in the evening there are places to have drinks etc. buffet could use some work! Very small and not much choice, but still ok. But the restaurants are lovely!Gym is not great, not much equipment or space!

the room and view from the room with private plunge pool beachfront was stunning. food was amazing on the Alacarte restaurant

by far the worst beach facilities comparable to the other hotels. cheap loungers and the Zia snack bar was something that reminded me of school dinners 20 years ago. big disappointment when the Norada 500m away have cushioned loungers, a cocktail bar and Gyros hut.there was no lively bar /lounge to enjoy music and a cocktail.

Amazing hotel with an abundance of facilities and pools throughout.

Quality of the food wasnt great at all. Also didn't cater for customers that dont eat Pork. Dated in a few areas particular the reception area. Left our choices of food options very Limited. Would recommend dining in the city for better quality food

    10PavloPosted on: 9-2-2024

The food is varied. The renovated rooms are great. The staff is very friendly. The sea is very clean. The location is great, away from the hustle and bustle. There is a bus to Kardamena.

    10SarahPosted on: 8-29-2024

The food was excellent and exceeded my expectations for an all inclusive resort. We were upgraded half way through the holiday to a junior suite right outside on of the smaller swimming pools which really added positively to our experience. We will definitely be returning!

The first room we stayed in probably needs a bit of upgrading decor wise.

The design of the new rooms and the beach are the only things that are nice about this hotel

The rooms and hotel overall are dirty. There were cockroaches crawling around including in the room and the toilet seat. The floors were full of hair. The food options are extremely limited, especially if you don’t eat pork. Anything else that is available is okay at most. Several times, the plates and cups came dirty and we had to ask them to change it. The main part of the hotel is extremely old. The way to the beach from to the hotel rooms /reception has steep steps and the lifts were not working while we were there. If you have small kids, this is probably not a suitable hotel for you. While the pools look beautiful, in reality they are extremely dirty.

It is on a mountain so no mater how hot is it you don’t feel it , of course you can go directly to the beach, the varaieity of the restaurant is very authentic

Brilliant location and views. Staff were brilliant.

Could do with some halal options on the menu. But the food was great.

The whole hotel was super modern. The rooms were immaculate. We started off in a sea view room and then were upgraded to a Junior Suite with the shared swim up pool - both rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. The facilities were good and again, very clean and the staff were very attentive. There were fresh towels daily which didn’t require you to go somewhere to swap them like we have found with other hotels. There was a good range of places to eat - we tried both the Med (for both brunch and dinner) and Den restaurants which were fantastic - and if you did fancy popping out for a dinner, there was a cheap coach that took you to and from Kardemena. However, with many options for food on the resort itself, there was no real reason to leave! The room service and the mini bar facilities were excellent and if you rang up to ask for something, it was delivered in no time at all. The app was also a good addition to be able to find out more and book restaurants etc.

Whilst the facilities were superb, the main sea view pool was very difficult to get a seat on unless you were there very early. There were a few other pools available but we found these to have more children in. The breakfast in the main restaurant we thought could have been a little better. We found that the choice in that restaurant in particular was quite limited and there were some bizarre combinations on offer.

Our room with the private pool was exceptional. Great access to the beach and also to all the restaurants. The staff who cleaned our room were friendly and helpful.

Some of the meals in the a la carte restaurants were average.

    9DmytroPosted on: 11-1-2023

New modern buildings and rooms, great views of the sea.

The hotel is huge and located on a hill, on different levels. A huge number of stairs, can be difficult for families with children and for older people. Some parts of the hotel can be very noisy due to parties or concerts.

Rooms and their equipmentWonderful environment, nature.

Queues, queues, queues, everywhere, pizza, kebabs, snacks, bar by the pool and by the sea, staff annoyed, as a manager I would not allow this.Restaurant staff, delivers drinks, often forgets you, doesn't take away plates during meals, doesn't bring new cutlery, chaotic, weak restaurant management, works on friendship superior subordinate and that's always bad.Sunbeds, occupied all day from 7.00 in the morning by one customer who puts a towel on a sunbed before breakfast and thus reserves it for the whole day..., no one handles it, no one looks after it, in the morning at 8.00 nobody at the pool and the surrounding area and all the sunbeds are occupied... In many modern hotels, this "mess" is solved by collecting towels, not here...Many stairs, not suitable for elderly people and parents with children + prams...The kitchen is at the level of a racing restaurant... They don't replenish food already an hour after opening, this is not acceptable in a 5* hotel...A minimum of Greek meals and a minimum of Greek desserts, which is a great pity when Greece is full of this... There are 3* hotels in Greece with a higher level of gastronomy...I had to ask for a replacement 3 times for the return of the beach towels, they take them away and don't bring them back...Cell phones, cell phones, cell phones, a chapter to itself... in my opinion, there is no such thing as a waiter on a cell phone in front of customers, it's very rude, same lifeguard, attention and contact with the current reality is slipping away... again an example of weak management ...Outdoor pool, (infinity) extremely dirty, try to look through diving goggles..I would like to write a better review and some of the staff really try but a few completely screw it up...

Rooms were modern and clean, reception staff were very nice and helpful in assisting us and food was tasty in the Med restaurant. Staff were also very nice at this restaurant. The sun loungers by the pool were very comfortable and soft.

Unfortunately there were a few issues with the hotel rooms - firstly a few minor issues like only 3/4 tv channels, none in English and the remote didn’t work. Safe was broken. Majorly there was a leak in our bedroom as we were about to sleep, flooding our toilet and we had to move rooms after a long day of travel. This was also after having to wait 1.5 hours to be allocated our room after check in time - the last thing you want after a long flight. In the new room our lights and TV went on at 6am and then 7am (even though we had our card in the allocated area by the door). You need to book for every restaurant you want to eat at. The food in the dusk bar was very average unfortunately and we overheard a couple who were turned away with a booking and another who waited 20 mins for their drink and were told to go back and sit down. We could not book at the den BBQ as it was fully booked for our whole stay from our check in which was disappointing. Note that whilst the photos on booking.com are beautiful and modern, the reception of the hotel, main restaurant, gym and indoor pool have not been renovated which creates a strong divide between the rooms, restaurants and reception. Also there are signs stating you are unable to reserve a sun bed before 8am or for more than 40 minutes however everyday we were there the sunbeds were all taken before 7am with people who didn’t show up until 1pm, so it would be good if staff could check in on this as it’s unfair for other guests who want to use pool facilities.

The hotel is designed very well. The view is stunning. The staff is very friendly and very forthcoming.

Incredible spaces and facilities. Our room had view to the sea, I think all rooms have as they have a clear wiew towards the sea side to side. The food was really good and so were the cocktails. There are a wide variety of restaurants and snack bars if you feel peckish during the day. It is all-inclusive, which makes it even better!! There is the main infinity pool, but have others around among rooms. This makes it nice as pools are not crowded. Super friendly staff! Would definitely recommend it! Considering to visit in the future their facilities in Crete or Rhodes.
