The a la carte restaurant. Very poor menu and small a bit

There's so much potential in this resort but just lacks last few things. The food in the main restaurant is good and there's enough to chose from. Pools seem clean and are quite enjoyable, temperature is perfect. The location is very nice, outdoors look very well and taken care of. The staff in the bars and restaurants are professional, always smiling and polite. There are 4 restaurants where you can have dinner which is nice. Everyday there is another “dinner theme” like international cuisine, greek, asian,… Dantes Italian restaurant is awesome and has great food, worth making a reservation ASAP.

Rooms are nothing to write home about, definitely not in a level of a 5 star hotel. It's crammed and the AC seems to be from '90s. Shower has that stupid half cover where you have to stand in a small corner otherwise whole bathroom is soaked. The pressure in shower drops as everyone goes back to rooms after 18:00, which is when they close both pools. Beach towels are changed in spa center and they refuse to change or exchange towels for a card until 10:00, even though someone is already there and you can see the towels.Breakfast is a bit stale and same each morning, not much of a variety. Coffee machines are making some some cheap acidic coffee. Problem with pools are chairs and reservations; it clearly says in the rules that no seat reservations are allowed yet each morning before pool officially opens there's few spots left and no people are anywhere close. This continues throughout the day. Sand beach is the same and we didn't get a spot in 2 occassions because all chairs were occupied with a towel but no one was around for hours.When checking out and if your flight is later in the day you can use "courtesy room" which we had to book with a timeslot in advance. Turns out this "courtesy room" is just a locker room with showers, with no place to put your things down. It's not private and there were around 10 people inside changing and having a shower. There's no ventilation and it was humid like in a sauna, might've just used beach shower.

Outstanding views, beach, grounds, staff and value (we never book package deals and always get it cheaper).

Cats roaming in restaurant, food ingredients a bit repetitive, and alcohol was budget quality for mixers

Good location.

Price is way too much. The hotel is not a premium 5-star hotel. The food quality and room amenities did not meet expectations. The hotel felt overcrowded.

The main areas are great, the pool, the atmosphere, the environment is wonderful.

The rooms are not as advertised! We booked the Executive Suite Sea View and got a room that looks completely different than the photos. When we complained we were told that there’s not a single room in the hotel that looks like the photos shown for this room type. The marketing team of Atlantica chain made the decision to place photos from another hotel for this room type and this is just misleading. The photos show a renovated room with a garden but the rooms in this hotel have a balcony and are not even renovated. The manager did his best to help us as much as he could, but the whole situation was extremely disappointing!

The entertainment staff are fantastic! The whole team made our holiday. They all work so hard from morning to night time. Our kids loved the football, pool aerobics, water polo, disco in the evening and beach party! The food is faultless. So much choice and all delicious. The only problem is trying to choose what to eat because everything is so tasty. The restaurant staff are helpful and friendly. We ate at the italian one of the nights and this was really lovely. The hotel is very well kept and very clean. Reception staff are also very helpful. Bar area is pretty in the evening with table service. Our room was a sea view room with a large balcony. Comfy beds and pillows. Daily cleaners did a very good job. Located 15 mins from the airport is a bonus and regular buses to Kardemina, which is well worth a visit. Lots of shops and restaurants.The beach area is very nice and great for snorkeling... kids loved this.

The second room (ground floor garden) was not good... we didnt complain but if we returned to this hotel next year, we would pay more for another sea view room. The rooms are not 5 star hotel rooms, more like 3/4 star. Basic but comfortable. There are no toiletries or robe etc and the hair dryer is rubbish (so glad I took my own).The second ground floor room had a toilet in the shower and the smell of drains was unbearable. The kids did find it hard to stomach on some days as the smell was pure sewage. I also feel that there should have been more bar staff at the beach bar and more tables and chairs for evening entertainment as there is plenty of space. Glass doors on the pool toilets and no locks.... why? You can literally see people sitting on the loo ? not sure who designed this but it's an epic fail hahaha More sun beds would be good... there is plenty of space around the grass areas over looking the beach. Cocktails are not very good (not 5 star quality) wine is ok... drinkable but just ok. Water sports are expensive compared to other places we have been.

The food wasn't great in the main restaurant for lunch and dinner, but the snack bar food was good. The hotel is literally on the beach which is lovely. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was bigger than I thought it was.

Most staff are lovely but some of the reception staff weren't helpful and checking in took longer than an hour. There was an issue when checking in which ended up in me receiving a refund which took 3 whole days to sort out. The bar staff were rude. I'm not sure I would say that the hotel is good value for money

The staff were great and plenty of effort is made to ensure your stay is filled with entertainment. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive deal with plenty of variety. Short bus ride to Kardamena.

Rooms are looking a bit tired and lacking the attention to detail that I would expect from a ‘5 star’ hotel.

Good location - short 15min transfer & its own beach with a wonderful sea view. The sea is swimmable (late Oct) with sand & rock sea bed; the beach is sharp sand. Staff were very friendly & the cleaning staff do work hard. Food-wise, the All Inc offer had enough variety for a week but 2x restaurant meals were also included (Greek, Italian) and this was appreciated.

It is directly overflown. This didn’t bother us - there are not, actually, that many flights into Kos, maybe 10 over the day - but if it bothers you, you’d want somewhere else. The gym isn’t on this site, it’s buried within the (adults-only) Belvedere, about 5 minutes of a walk.

Staff where very nice and it was great value for money.

Internet wasn't the best. Tv in room wasn't great. Food was average but always found something to eat.

Everything, particularly the cleanliness of the location

I would say, the location as quite far from a walking distance to the nearest town but can be doable by taxi (10min drive for 11 euros)

Beautiful resort, perfect for a family vacation, very clean, good choice of pools or beach

To big and impersonal for my taste as always book small family run self catering. But can totally understand why people would like it. Was there with a very large group for a wedding rooms should all be uniformed as some had bath robes and slippers whilst others didn’t also as a five star felt there should also be shampoo and conditioner provided in room

Location is great, sandy beach is next to the resort, there are lots of green plants in the garden, food in the buffet is very diverse, stuff is very kind, we enjoyed see, beach, food, strolls in the garden and on the beach.

Actually, we were so satisfied that I don't have anything to say about what I didn't like.

The hotel was set in beautiful grounds. The self service restaurant worked well, no queues. There were lots of places to sit around the beach and in the evenings.

The maids were very noisy in the corridors from 8am (although cleaning started at 9am). We wanted to hire snorkels but the water sports desk didn’t hire them - that would be a great addition as there are many fish and anemones to see. Be aware that the suites are separate from the main building, through a gate and along the Road. One of our group had been ‘upgraded’ there so wasn’t near to us.

Absolutely amazing staff, so friendly and kind; the entertainment team did amazing throughout the day! really pleased with the facilities and the cleanliness of the hotel.

Would be nice to see some more cold seafood options on the buffet menu options but that’s to be picky.
