    Pros +

    • You can walk to the village in under 10 minutes, which is great for evenings out or a quick stroll. But the hotel itself feels totally serene and tucked away from the busy spots. Having a private beach just a few steps away from our room was such a treat. The sunbeds were comfortable, drinks were served fast, and the water was crystal clear.
    • Everything. The staff is superb, the atmosphere was amazing, the distance to the beach was spot on. Will definitely stay here again.
    • What I loved most about this place is how seamlessly it blends luxury with natural materials and a beachy atmosphere. The palm trees, soft tones, and pool area create a dreamy environment.

    Cons -

    • The food could have been better and more variety. They could offer more seafood. The airport shuttle service is not good at all. We needed to send an email to the company at least 48h before arriving to schedule the pick up. We did that but they never showed up. Also, you can just get a taxi at the airport for a cheaper price. For drop off, we had to wait 20+ min for them to show up at the meeting point. Please just schedule a taxi and forget about the pick up and drop off service.
    • Portrayed as exclusive luxury, but far from and really disappointing. Seemed reassuringly expensive, but just a basic offering that is overpriced.Uninterrupted sea view in marketing photos for sea view rooms. In reality, primary view of street, cars/buses (and associated fumes of course), building in front with six balconies (associated lack of privacy as these look directly into our room), water sport centre, cafe, tree, and then sea. No peace, no privacy, no nature tranquility.Poor noise insulation: Loud on the street well into the night, can hear everything in the room, such as rubbish truck collecting bottles at night and hotel entertainment.Private beach is not actually private - other providers immediately nearby, so there is no sense of seclusion, privacy or luxury and you can’t leave your things securely as you would on a true private beach. Also, it is next to water sports centre and all their apparatus is literally next to the hotel sun loungers. Sun loungers are very close together. One attendant for two locations, resulting in infrequent and slow drinks service (I was there for 40 minutes before being offered a drink for the first time). Drink selection on the beach is much smaller than at the hotel bar. No WiFi on beach. Umbrellas cannot be adjusted, and beds have very limited space to move, so no good shade cover for those who need it. Beach has rocky entrance but a bridge is built to get into the water although it’s covered in slippery seaweed. Sand is dirty with many cigarette butts. At 9.20am most beach loungers already taken with people leaving towels to reserve spots.Website states: “A variety of restaurants promises a feast of flavors in a chic environment “. In reality, small food selection for a five star luxury hotel. Basic cold cuts, standard salads, chicken drumsticks, pork hotpot, grilled pancetta (overcooked), pieces of red mullet, rice, bolognaise sauce, olives etc. Very little food made to order and certainly no chef corner.
    • Cold food ! Every meal including a La carte was cold ! So much effort is put in to the presentation and it is mostly of good quality but it’s just not kept hot (or even warm in some cases) ! Why not have warmed plates and keep the hot plates/bain maries at a decent temperature ? Such a shame !Noisy hallways, banging doors, screen from road could be improved, impossible to get a sunbed by the pool, tiny dining tables inside buffet restaurant. Could have more basic information available, WiFi, timings, trip bookings etc. Creperie staff could do with a bit more food hygiene training. Blowing your nose and then straight on to delivering food to the table was pretty disgusting.

Everything felt brand new and extremely well-kept. From the rooms to the common areas, everything was spotless. We also appreciated the hotel’s security and attention to guest comfort.

Our sea view suite had the most incredible view of the Aegean. The room was clean, spacious, and decorated in a calming, earthy style. Waking up to that view at the morning was unforgettable.

We spent a night at Cabana Blu and loved every minute. The boho design, calm atmosphere, and beachfront location made it feel like a little slice of paradise. The staff was warm and helpful throughout our stay.

Coffee machine in room with a bottle of water on arrival and can get decaf capsules. But bottled water not replenished during stay, and there is no ground decaf coffee anywhere in the hotel. Desserts in the restaurant were interesting and delicious. Client relationship manager was very attentive and did her best to improve our stay despite the hotel’s many shortcomings.

Excellent staff ! We had great service from everyone there, Vivi, Christina, Katerina, Dimitra, (just to name a few). Comfortable clean rooms (although a little small) powerful showers, decent size balcony, excellent location. Tasty cocktails, pleasant low key music (mostly), small selection of drinks available to be brought to your beach sunbed. Thick beach towels provided.

Cold food ! Every meal including a La carte was cold ! So much effort is put in to the presentation and it is mostly of good quality but it’s just not kept hot (or even warm in some cases) ! Staff, location, cleanliness,

Food was good but not great. Beach and pool were very small

    8Leigh-annePosted on: 10-18-2024

The staff, the location and the area 10/10

The food could be better. The lack of sunbeds in the sun and people reserving sunbeds with towels was very unfair

    10KatherinePosted on: 10-12-2024

Everything was well put together and the staff were amazing. Vivi really looked after us during our stay

    The gym could be bigger

    10JohnPosted on: 10-3-2024

Great food all around. Restaurant and reception staff is very mindful and accommodating for dietary needs. Good location close to Kardamena beach but pool service is excellent too.

    9KarenPosted on: 9-29-2024

Great location, friendly staff, great food

    6SimonaPosted on: 9-22-2024

    The service was really good.

The beach and the pool were really small and crowded. Not enough sunbeds for the capacity of the hotel. The food was always the same and the drinks served on the beach were of poor quality. There is no mini bar in the room, not even water. Shower gel was not replaced after being empty. No hair conditioner. The cleaning was also superficial.

    8IanPosted on: 8-30-2024

Location was great for beach. All meals good choice. A la carte restaurants a nice treat. Staff very friendly and helpful, room lovely, balcony with sea view good

Problem with sunbeds. There are nowhere near enough for guests. The pool is in shade by mid pm and the two beach areas are very small so only few sunbeds. In order to guarantee a sunbed you have to reserve them by 8am. Some people then don’t actually come to use the sunbeds they have reserved for up to 2 hours. There is no-one checking this as the member of staff doing the drinks isn’t there until 10am. This situation would make me hesitate in booking the hotel again

    10KiyaPosted on: 8-11-2024

Really nicely laid out. Comfortable beds and good size rooms and balcony. Amazing staff that are always so helpful and attentive.

The pool area is a bit small so unless you reserve a bed at 7am most of the loungers have been taken (but there’s plenty of seats by the bar so you can still enjoy the outside area).

    9GreigPosted on: 7-31-2024

Extremely pleasant staff!! Particularly, the girls at the pool bar and the reception team were great!Been to some nice hotels & the service here was awesome!

Not alot ...maybe there could be more sunloungers to facilitate more people at the hotel. But a great hotel all-in!

    8BenediktPosted on: 7-29-2024

The staff was absolutely great! The penthouse was spectacular.

Getting a spot at the beach or pool can be challenging when the hotel is fully booked.

    10MaryPosted on: 7-23-2024

Staff were very helpful & friendly, location amazing, rooms very clean & well equipped

All inclusive confusing eg could have dinner once in a la carte but drinks not included, could have some drinks in beach bar but not all & no food.
