Staff was really attentious and kind. Good hotel as it is a 3 Stars hotel and worth the price as well. katherine from reception was so generous.

Bathroom- when you take a shower it gets all wet even when you try to be cautious, and it also had a bad smell.

The position is like 5 min walking to Kardamena main road and the beach. We use it for two night, at the end of our trip because it was also near to Kos Airport. Staff was really nice and let us leave our luggages in the hall after check out time.

Our room had a broken wardrobe. The shower didn't drain the water even after 30 min and more, and without any curtain or glass, the bathroom was a mess after every shower. Breakfast, exception done for the fresh bread and some cereal was only made for accomodate english guests (beans, mushrooms, eggs) , coffee machine was hideous and only made dirty water.They could also put some kind of hangers for the beach towels on the balcony.

The location was perfect. Bar staff were lovely & friendly. Pool was a decent size.

The room was very dated & sheets only changed once within a whole 10 night stay. There weren't many facilities for self catering to cook

The staff was somehow kind

The room we were given was extremely small and nothing like the photos on Booking. Since we were only staying one night, I asked for a discount, but they refused and said the pictures were just “representative.” After a long discussion, they finally moved us to a larger family room—but only at 7 PM. While it was more spacious, it was very old, worn, not particularly clean, and felt cheap. Overall, the hotel is definitely not worth the price I paid. I won’t be staying there again.

The staff is extraordinary – they truly care about your needs. The breakfast is excellent, offering a great start to the day. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious enough for a week-long stay. The hotel's location is superb, conveniently close to both beaches and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

Disaster, dirty, unpleasant smell

There was a lot of noise in the room while I was trying to sleep. The room smelled like a toilet, and the duvet was clearly not clean.Breakfast was a disaster — even the feta cheese wasn’t fresh. The eggs were cooked in very low-quality oil, and the coffee was terrible.I’ve never stayed in a hotel like this in my entire life.

The room was fine - clean and comfortable. The location was great.

Good location. Clean & modern rooms, Great hot Breakfast buffet and very kind & helpful staff. I had a late flight and was kindly allowed to have a late checkout.

WiFi was not working in the room for the first 2 of my 3 night stay but it was working at the bar/lobby.

Second time staying here, would not hesitate to stay again. Close to the beach and town. comfortable rooms, what more could you ask for?

Quiet location

Good location. Breakfast was fairly good. Rooms were cleaned every day. Staff were helpful. It was quiet at night. Pool was good with lots of sun beds.

There were just two mugs , one spoon and a kettle. Also a fridge. No plate or cutlery in the rooms or other equipment in the room.

Could have had more fresh fruit and juice at breakfast. Need a sheer curtain on windows of ground floor rooms for privacy

Good position for all the restaurants and bars and the beach . Clean rooms very modern

I stayed in the smaller part of the complex . Thought the room was a funny shape . Was long and narrow . Could not open the balcony door fully as the bed was in the way which was a bit strange . I was expecting a twin room but got a large double bed and a single bed . Wasn’t a problem . But was thinking it was quite small room overall. It was fine gir 2 person . Also I think they need to get a new coffee machine as it was very slow and held up the queue quite a bit at breakfast .

Comfy room, nice location and breakfast - we were there only for a night so couldn't really use the hotel's amenities. Lovely staff!

Nowhere to dry clothes apart from on the seats of the balcony. Which wasn't great if I wanted to sit outside

Hotel is close to main village and the beach. Apartment was nice and big and we had a sea view which is always lovely.

The beds were way too soft. I woke with a back ache every day. Our toilet didn't always flush, my husband had to keep removing the lid to make it fill up. It would also be a good idea to allow the electric be on when out of the room. Not so you can leave the Aircon on but so you can charge a tablet while out or for the fridge to stay on. The photos on booking.com were not the same apartment. We had an older apartment but the photos were for a more renovated room.
