Everything was exactly like we wanted, for this vacation! Family run business. super friendly, helpful, and warm. Felt like home. Great location, next to a peaceful great beach. Shops and restaurants. Thanks for everything ❤️?

Incredible little hotel on the quieter side of the island. We stayed in a fantastic room with a balcony. The room was clean and the owner is very friendly. Breakfast was always fresh. Unmatched value for money.

The neighbors have a rooster so you'll be up at 5. Unlucky.

What a fantastic stay! This hotel is incredibly peaceful, and the hosts are super friendly and helpful. The beach is just a few minutes away, so it’s really convenient. Everything you need, from restaurants to shops, is within a short walk. We loved exploring the local Greek cuisine at the nearby restaurants. The whole area is so calm and relaxing—perfect for a restful getaway.

the staff is extremely friendly and caring. The place is clean and the location is very good. In a very quiet area, ideal if you are very stressed as was my case. Only breakfast could be more varied, everything is delicious and prepared with love. I definitely recommend it and if I return to Kos it will be my safe accommodation

The difficult space of the bathroom in general but especially to take a shower without wet it all but we know that they are improve some things little by little

A family-run hotel. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple with homemade super delicious jams, honey, fresh bread, butter, watermelon, tomatoes, juice, coffee, water, tea. On request you can have scrambled eggs, Greek yogurt or even super tasty crêpes. If you want you can also have croque monsieur toast. You can have breakfast inside or outside on the terrasse. Large, very well-equipped room, comfortable beds, TV, fridge, safe, plenty of space to put your clothes and belongings, terrace with table and chairs and plenty of space, cord to dry your swim suit and beach towel. AC which is only working if the door to the terrace is closed - which I find an excellent investment to avoid running AC's with open doors - well done. The bathroom is not the newest one, but everything was always very clean. Hot and cold water for shower running really well. The hall is beautifully furnished with various pretty details. I also discovered many different plants in the garden and on the terrace. You can tell that the family runs the business with love. The location is also convenient. We had a car because we like to explore the island. Free parking at the hotel. It is also possible without a car as there are many nice beaches within walking distance or by local bus. There are also plenty of tavernas, bars and restaurants in the village for eating out, also various little super markets. I always try to get to know new places, different beaches and restaurants, so I probably won't return to Fourtounis, but I can highly recommend the hotel. Nothing negativ to say about the hotel. What made me really sad was seeing all the litter scattered around the island. Along the roads, in the fields and also on some of the beaches. Each of us should dispose of our own waste.

Friendly atmosphere, spacious parking, quite place, just 5 minutes from the sea

We understand the actually difficult situation in over the world, but for the paid price we imagined more conforts.We had an accessible room, I don't like accessible bathrooms, as the matter of facts that it would be possible to specify it on Booking, if we had known that, we wouldn't have booked this room.

Nice location, qiet area, close to beach. Good breakfast, made from local products, although not a great choice of food. Overall good value for reasonable price. Nice and helpful staff

Bathroom in the room could have been upgraded. There was no kettle in the room

Breakfast, they were really kind with our needs and also lend us the charger. They also cleaner our room every day and also they changed our towels everyday. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Family run by a really warm and welcoming family. Homemade jams were lovely and the eggs really fresh. Great location too. Bonus point for the hotel are the mosquito nets - great idea.

Very clean. The room was very nice and with a fabulous view of the bay. Nicely run family business. Very cozy.

I know for some it's not an issues but No vegetables in breakfast just watermelon.

Breakfast was by ordering, and they had eggs everyday, couldn't eat much, but it was good food even if it wasn't diverse . It's a family run business, so no employees , also they have a bug problem lots of huge black bugs coming inside the room, its a great place but needs to be refurnished .

Everyone at Fourtounis is very friendly, responsive and hospitable. They gave us a few useful suggestions of the places worth seeing on the island. Rooms are clean, breakfast is well served and yammy. A cosy place overall, loved staying here.

Recommend to look for other options

When we first arrive there were empty shampoo bottles and used soaps in the shower. Room also has spider webs so we are not happy with cleaning. Additionally, we cannot understand their way of serving breakfast. What is included in breakfast is not clear and we ask each item such as cheese or yoghurt but I am still not sure if they are included in breakfast or just given by courtesy. The entrance of the building is not a proper road but you go through a garden.

Its a nice little hotel, nice building itself, rooms are big and also balconies are spacious. Its close to the main beach of Kefalos and not far from Agios Stefanos. There are wonderful homemade marmalades and jams for breakfast...

The potential of the garden is not used at all. Its big but its not very well maintained so it cant be really used by the guests. A pool or at least garden sitting would be a huge step up. Also the entrance from the beach and the main road is through shrubs without any proper pathway.The breakfast is bit strange. You either get eggs or you can have eggs and also you can choose from eggs that are of course eggs. A simple buffet breakfast would be much more convenient for everybody...
