Parkhotel Heilbronn

Central location, the staff was top notch. Beautiful suite

Modern and clean hotel in an excellent location. Excellent restaurant on site. Reception staff very friendly and helpful

Easy access, parking, breakfast was super yummy. Very quiet and great rooms

We stayed for a night and we didn’t have anything to complain about

Top friendly at reception, house keeping and restaurant ( dinner and breakfast ).

Everything.New, clean, staff, food, room, sauna. The hotel aims for perfection and it has it.

Very comfortable beds, close to the center

The restaurant was closed even though we reserved the table through the reception a few days earlier. Had to eat fast food after a long trip

Location, Bed, breakfast, parking lot were all very good.

Great breakfast, good location, enough parking spaces directly in the hotel garage

Was greeted by a smile from all of the professional staff. When no one for room service answered the phone, the kind person at reception contacted to return my call. It was very quiet and I had a very restful sleep.

On my reservation for a Classic Zimmer through Booking.com, it stated that there was a refrigerator in the room, but I didn’t find one. Not a huge issue and I didn’t ask at check-in or check-out.

Spacious bedrooms, large, comfortable beds.Restaurant and staff very friendly and helpful. The bar is great

Clean, modern, friendly and good value for money

Pillows very uncomfortable

Clean, good breakfast, nice staff and underground parking.

Great central location. Clean and nice rooms, minibar included. Great underground parking with access to the Hotel and rooms.Pet friendly.

I previously stayed in this hotel and was disappointed by the staff attitude. However this time I could not complain. Everyone we encountered on the staff was lovely and the hotel was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfasts are also excellent with a wide choice of food. Rooms very clean and any issues quickly resolved.

Clean, big room, good bed. Quite place.

In the room there was a coffe machine. The coffe was avaiable, but the mil power was not power but solid and probably out of expiration date. I didn't use it .

I booked 2 rooms (for myself and a colleague) because we wanted to participate in the Trollinger Marathon in Heilbronn. We choose the Parkhotel because I stayed there before for business and I can truly recommend the hotel. Just the overal atmosphere is really pleasant and the rooms feel nice and clean. The breakfast is very good - but even though they use this charge in many hotels, I find €20 p/p for breakfast quite steep.

Friendly staff, clean, good location

Overall the stay was good Reception was very prompt in providing an ironing board when I asked for one

My real issue was that I had to ask twice for shampoo / shower gel, so I was unable to wash properly for two days

The beds were super comfy, it has a mini fridge which was great and the little balcony was also great.

The bar was closed unfortunatley, but it has one next door.

Really cleanFriendlyAttached to an underground parking so no need to step out in the rain
