hogh Hotel Heilbronn

The staff provided excellent service in cleaning the room. Front-desk personal were very helpful The location was conveniently close to restaurants and shops

Great and very central location. Walking distance to everything ideally needed with centre. Perfect for short stay.

I didn't know or notice any Wifi capability, or it was not working.

The location is easily reachable.

Sleept two nights, the floor of my room was not clean at arrival, neither cleaned the next day.

Location is central, if you're after a simple hotel then this is it.

Breakfast was basic and WiFi didn't work. Asked for change of bedding due to allergies, they couldn't help.

Excellent room. Very good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff

The location of the hotel was great. The staff at reception was so helpful. They were always trying to help as much as they can do.

The hotel inside was smelling cigarette. The underground garage was not enough and everyday there was a risk and concern about losing parking place and there is no where around to park the car. The cleaning of the room was not perfect and we needed to remind it to the reception. The pillows in the room were so tiny and not comfortable to sleep.

Location of hotel is at the center of Heilbronn, near pedestrians street!

Hotel offers underground parking only for few cars. On small streets near hotel it is forbidden to leave car! Hotel does not care that you are theyre guest already for many days, your parking space is given to others, who is checking in later on! When I moved in, there was empty shampoo stand-It was never filled during my stay for 4 days, however room cleaning was every day! When I asked during check out a lady in reception to correct my parking invoice i needed to watch that grumpy face and listen to “ahhhhhhh….” Its absolutely not nice! However one young lady with dark hair in reception was nice!

Comfortable bed and clean room

Long walk from the central station

Comfy bed, very central.

Breakfast was not great as many items had run out or ran low.

We booked in the last moment, were in transit, good price of 70euro with garage in very down town. Good bed. We even stayed a bit longer( went to see the city) than noon- no problem.

Garage, they advertise that they do have a parking and I wrote separate note that we do need a parking lot. When we come around 21:30h they said no parking, go to park somewhere (they gave address) I said i specifically wrote no parking - no room, you should call it earlier. The answer was we can go somewhere else - at 21:30!!! We had a "nice" argument, I claimed I'm going to call Booking.com after this they gave us a parking in garage ( one place was free!?!?) obviously they went by method "we will try, they might go". After I mentioned Booking.com the lady was sooo sweet. The room wasn't as nice as is on the pic but we needed only for 1 night.

The room was mostly clean, had all we needed. The staff was nice.

The curtains are not blocking the light so we woke up pretty early. Some of the furniture had dust on them. The bed was OK, old style spring bed where you can feel the springs.

The hotel was close to eaterys and shopping. It was clean and very modern and decorated nicely.

The morning and afternoon staff on our first day were very gracious and helpful. The morning staff on the day of checkout was kind of rude. I asked for a taxi as we had 5 in our party. One small taxi showed up. He went and talked to the hotel staff but no one spoke to us about what was happening. Finally another showed up. It would've been better if a larger van had been summoned. I also did not receive an invoice for our stay. I wasn't even sure if the checkout process was finished as nothing was said to me. Staff just went behind the wall and was typing on the computer.

Quite place, self check-in possible.

No comfortable mattress.

single bedroom with 1,20 x 2,00 bed, check out until 12:00, garage parking, 5 minutes by foot from center

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and spacious. The room was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessities. Its convenient location near the center adds to its appeal, making it a truly delightful place to stay.

-

Excellent location, small hotel, friendly staff

bed was a bit soft

Close to the center, quiet, good value, pets are allowed without extra charges

Room was smelly at first, no free parking in this area

The staff was welcoming, close to reastaurant, the breakfwast was wonderful!

There were too many different smells in the lobby and it's not possible to park with high car

It’s location very near to centre and you have Rewe and lot of restaurants and also the tram and bustop were nearby

There was no proper lightning inside the room, it was so dull and gloomy, the size of the room is too small and the toilet flush wasn’t working properly. The WiFi was super slow, even you can’t watch a 5 mins video, totally a disaster and the bathtub was too small you neither could sit nor stand and it was super old, the breakfast had very very limited options and even the scrambled eggs weren’t good. Totally not worth the price and finally no fan or air conditioning and you could easily hear the neighbours noise.

Poor

We encountered a very strange situation while entering the hotel. Although we had a reservation and even made the payment, we were informed that 1 room could not be provided for one night. Later, when we asked for a refund of 1 night's payment and that we would stay in a different hotel, 1 room could be provided in some way. Although we were tired, we tried to solve this situation standing for 20 minutes. This approach is never an approach we can accept.
