Breakfast was very good and location was within walking distance to city center

Air conditioner would not get cold enough to sleep comfortably.very warm all night.spoke with maintenance and was told that was the best they could do

The level of cleanliness was immaculate and the staff were very nice, polite and fluent in German and English. In the morning we altogether enjoyed the breakfast, as well as were entertained by the robot called Tom, who was taking care of the cutlery.

12 EUR for the parking for one night. This should be included in the price since the hotel is not located in the city centre.

The hotel is modern and everything is very clean including the rooms. Drinks in bar were reasonably priced and service was good.The shower in the bedroom was excellent which for me is a good test of a room. I would have liked more towels so we both could have a shower before and after bed and have a dry towel each time. I know that sounds fussy!

The location is a little remote from Heilbronn itself, there were limited restaurant choices to walk to. But there is an opportunity to sit and walk by the river which is very nice.The breakfast was OK but it was difficult to find things, jams, mugs, plates and why does everything have to come out of a machine? I don't need fancy coffee but a thermos of black coffee is always going to be better than anything out of a machine.The only other thing that annoyed, was the €12 overnight parking fee. It wasn't explicitly stated on a sign anywhere and was only clarified when I asked. I begrudgingly paid it to be inside the barrier and because I could see my car from my room window - but it felt like an expensive indulgence!

Decent hotel, sitting on the side of the canal, between the main town and a light industrial / office area. Staff were pleasant and friendly, and the room was modern, a really good size, with kitchenette, and sofa seating area. Entirely pleasant. Good breakfast spread.

Check-in and check-out processes were painful - truly amongst the worst I have ever had (including a double charge, which I am taking up with the property; not the staff's fault, I suspect, rather a very poor implementation of technology). Bathroom was a bit poky, and the water pressure very poor. Internet was execrable, and didn't work on the third floor for my entire stay.

Very well located close to many of the high-tech ecosystem companies of Heilbronn. This was my main reason for choosing this hotel. The staff is wonderful and excellent.The WiFi speed is okay (not excellent), better than many other places.

As a global permanent traveller my standards are the best of everything. Taking this into account there's lots that can be improved to make this hotel even more functional and convenient for business travellers (and weekend travellers). I've left my contact details with the responsible staff in case they are interested in recommendations.

I didn't like that dogs were allowed in the hotel. But I can admit that the whole hotel was more than clean and well-organized.

Nice, quiet location to city center. Beautiful, new building and rooms. Large lounge area on main floor.

Bedroom area was in the smaller side, but adequate.

The room was very peaceful. I didn't hear a single noise while in it, neither door slams, nor neighbours or other guests' voices. It was excellent.The bed was very comfy, the mattress having the adequate toughness for assuring a good rest. The three nights I stayed there were great.The breakfast was very good. The buffet included all that is needed as regards food and drinks (except sweet fruits), to keep going until dinner time. Everything was of the utmost quality and very tasty. Besides there is no music in the restaurant at breakfast time. Consequently, the atmosphere is especially pleasant, which contributes considerably to enjoy that meal. All the staff members are extremely kind and helpful, especially the ones working at the front desk.

Apart from the pears which were inedible since they were too green, everything is gorgeous in that hotel

Good location for me, but poor facilities.

No tea or coffee making, just a bottle of fizzy water in the room. Breakfast is poor, a solid lump of scrambled egg, tinned fruit etc, not worth the money. TV channels in the room don't work. It was noisy in the room from some machine or something running outside continuously.

Hotel is surrounded by nature, breakfast really good and also rent a bike for free is nice to have

We booked one night for a night stop on our way between Czech Republic and France. It was perfect. It's clean and quiet. Motorway isn't far and around there is a nice walking to do along the river with restaurants close by.

Breakfast wasn't fantastic. Not many fruits and no yogurts. The AC was too strong it was cold when we arrived

The location next to the water. The secure parking. The chic look feel and design. Checkin staff and bar staff were polite and friendly.

No toaster, main meals inside looked and tasted unfortunately like microwave. They were small basic and tasteless.

Parking in front of the hotel was charged with 12euro, but you can also park for free a couple of streets further

Very good atmosphere. Great atmosphere. We travelled with dogs (not small), and stuff was very friendly to them. I could not write this so easily in words - but I couldn’t be more enthusiastic!

They were able to accommodate an early checkin for us which was wonderful. The room was very clean and it was peaceful. Breakfast was very good!

It is located in what looks like an industrial zone but is close the river and very quiet at night.

Too less parking spaces on the hotel premises but if you are lucky you have free parking on the one way street before your turn into the hotel lane.
