PLAZA INN Heilbronn

Breakfast selection is well provided.

Parking is an issue. There is parking in an enclosed garage, but it is limited, has a tight entrance and must be paid for. Parking on street is available, a few off the street, but spaces are very limited.

Location friendly staff

Airco defect

Close to highway, closed parking space

Annoying smell, something that was coming out of the ventilation, like smelly feat,it walked me up all night

Overall Avery nice hotel, good restaurant and breakfast has plenty of options.

Location is a little out of the way, no easy city transportation nearby.

We liked the fact that it was easily reachable from the highway. The room was set up for 4 people (adults) with two sofa beds already prepared as beds. As the kids normally sleep in a baby bed or with the parents, a baby cot would have been nice. The breakfast was good and had enough choice for the price. We appreciated that the staff was accommodating to kids. It was no problem to order food and eat in the room.

The double bed was made up of two single mattresses, which kept sliding to the sides and making a gap in the middle. As I said, in our case, our two small kids often end up on the parents' bed in the night, this was an issue as they would slide in between the mattresses. A big double or queen mattress and the possibility to get a baby cot would have been better in our case.

The heater was not working in the first room which they have given, after the request, they checked the issue immediately and given an alternative room. The person on front desk was super helpful.

There was bit a bad smell when entered in to the room but cleared off after the windows were opened for a while.

Room was clean and staff was nice.

The location is not ideal if you want to walk anywhere downtown. By car it's no issue.

Nice room, good breakfast, AC was nice

The bathroom was moldy which is something I thought was disgusting. The bigger rooms are on the other side of the street - this building was not renovated like the other building.

Everything was great

Check in experience The reception will close and you have to call to get pin and code they can send you this process while you book and give you a pin after payment not going there and waiting outside

I liked that the underground parking was available.Good that ac was working, but it definitely needs servicing.Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Fluffy pillows and blankets.

Upon entering my room i noticed that the room floor was dirty and the trash from previous customers was not cleaned out. There was a strange smell of stuffed air in the room and I think it’s because there is no ventilation in the bathroom. And the room was very worn out and old. After taking a shower the plastic water guards on the shower door were falling off so there’s lots of water leaking on the floor. Also while the water is running there’s a leak in the shower hose. The mini fridge door was broken. Bathroom door was making horrible noise when opened. The snack machine on the property was not working although there’s a wonderful advertisement inside the room which made me go down to the snack machine but then I see “Out of service!” on the machine which was disappointing and I had to go back to my room empty handed. Overall the price of 182 is too expensive for a very worn out, old room like that. The room needs total renovation. I also was a little disappointed that the Restaurant only has pizza and bar. No other foods to choose from.

Location was perfect for me. I needed to be close to the hospital, therefore I rate location as excellent + quite close to XXXLutz for quick lunch/dinner. There are free parking spots around the hotel but when you don't feel like driving around - spacious garage is available for a symbolic price.

Location was great...easy to find.

Couldn't get vending machine to work in the annex building.

Not much

Not the best neighbourhood, room was in a separate building, low height restriction on underground parking.

- Location is okay.- There were 5 parking spots for free. The rest had to park in de parking garage for 9 euros. - Nice room. - Sofabed was okay, could be better. - Breakfast was good. Had a lot of options to eat. - Dog friendly.

- Noisy rooms. People were walking in and out of the hotel rooms, slamming the doors at midnight. - TV remote did not work. Even new batteries did not help. Had to change channels with the buttons on the TV.

Personal muy amable

Tv didnt work. Location is very bad

The hotel is well located and offered all the comforts I needed for my short stay. I enjoyed the breakfast and the friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

The mattress was not the best. However, I slept well after a long day.

Quietness of room, excellent breakfast.

As this being a "Best Western", I was expecting a full-range restaurant on the premises. Not only was there no proper restaurant, but only an offering of pizza in the evening, and for whatever reason both this service and the bar were closed with no explanation. "Dinner" for me was a candy bar from the vending machine. :-(

Easy Check-in and staff assisted with a taxi.

Mold in the bathroom and the bartender made us wait a long time between orders and paying our bill

Nice and clean. Quite area. Good breakfast. Receptionist spoke English.

It was Sunday and the hotel restaurant was closed. Nothing open in the area as well. Only room delivery available.

comfy bed, fresh breakfast
