    • First ImpressionSmooth check-in, welcoming atmosphere, and a small hotel made the arrival pleasant.Stay ExperienceCleanliness was good, and the room, though small, was comfortable and suitable for one person.Facilities & ServicesThere weren’t many facilities; the room was basic. For a kettle, you need to pay 20 Euro at the reception. The bed was okay.Location & AccessibilityThe area is very accessible, being close to the main station and bus station, making it convenient.Staff & ServiceSome staff members are friendly, while others are okay. But that's normal.Value for MoneyYes, for the money, it is a good deal.Would I Stay Again?Yes, the main reason to choose this hotel again would be the cost.
    • The reception staff were exceptionally nice. I arrived a bit early, and they allowed me to store my luggage. They also helped me lock up my bike in a protected location. Room itself was very clean, lots of space and storage. Beds and furniture were fairly standard and boring, but very functional. Location for the train station was excellent, while still being within walking distance to the city center.
    • Location

    Cons -

    • There were no chairs in the room, only a couple of padded stools. Probably not an issue for most, but it made it impossible to lean back, which irritated my back after awhile. Being near the train station, there were moments when the area felt slightly sketchy. Nothing obviously dangerous, just the occasional drunk person wandering around.
    • Had a ground floor room at the street which was noisy
    • The only inconvenience was that the cleaning stuff ( a man) knocked on my room door around 9 am and after waiting maybe a second he just opened it while i was still in bed ... i come out later to ask why he opened my room before 12 wich is the check out time, he then tried to explain in poor german that he didnt know the room was occupied because according to his list the room was empthy... i think he could have waited a littlebit more than a second if someone should reply on his knocking . It was quiet embarassing cuz i wasnt fully dressed .

Clean. Clear how to check in after reception working hours. Comfartable beds.

Everything is good for short stop.

Hotel is close to the city center and easily accessible from the highway. The location is quiet. Ideal for an overnight stay. The family room was a good choice.

Parking code didn't work. We had to ask the receptionist three times to get the barrier at the car park open.

We hade the family room with double bed and bunk bed, it is functional and clean, which is what I am looking for when staying one night cutting a long drive in two. The staff was nice and helpful.

The choice of food/drinks in the vending machine - more fresh and healthy stuff (although I know it is expensive and is not selling.

    Good hotel for reasonable price.

When checking out, to get the receipt took so long. Reception doing many job by one person. Just to give us receipt, since she was taking care of other issues, took very long.

    Very good

Booking com did not pass my reservation to hotel, even confirmed reservation to me, and take money from my card. In the middle of night, I was not able to enter into hotel (self-check-in after 22h) so I have had to call by phone and wait hotel clerk to arrive. Considering that booking com help desk telephone service did not provide any actual support to me, nor to hotel clerk, I was forced to pay another room, which was more expensive than previously reserved (and paid to bookink.com!) room. After my complains and few days later, booking.com has refund to me the cheaper room.

This hotel is very near from the main Heilbronn railway station (2 min /2OOm) by walk. 5 minutes to the city center. The free Wifi was properly and fastly operating. The rooms has AC (you appropriate in hot summer days). We did not used the breakfast (price 12,9,- EUR per person), but we used the dispenser for coffee and tea on the lobby area. No check-out needed. You do not get the key, you receive only the numeric code to open the electronic lock on your room's door. The location around the hotel is quiet, although we had the windows on the street, there was no noise during the night.

The improperly located turning switch lighting upon the bed. Situated very closed to the mattress (see the photo). During all the 3 overnight stay nobody took out our waste basket.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Late arrival was no problem and parking is available. Room was nice and clean.

Good ,more variety of cold cuts, fry eggs.

Need a comfortable chair for seating not a puff.

    Clean and comfortable room

Train station area was practical but not charming

    5OrkunPosted on: 10-14-2024

The location of the hotel is good to reach the center.

It was not possible to use the shower as the shower cabin was so small to get it without being squeezed by the shower door.Plus, in the lobby there was a massive smoke smell as many people were just smoking in front of the entrance,

Quiet and clean hotel near the center, kind and helpful staff, great price/performance ratio.

    No comments, everything was fine.

    Worst

I stayed a night there for 73 euro check inn at 3pm but what i found out there was the staff was rude first they told me I am not booked then I have to give them proofs. Not single water bottle in room no glass no telephone in room, overall experience was not good most important the bed size extremely small please next time don’t put such offers.

Location, facilities, self-check in, price. I like the fact that pets are allowed in the property.

We were not given a code for the parking via the self-check in, although we were charged for it.

    Parking scam

Quite disrespectful attitude towards their guests. When booking and paying for a room, there was an option to reserve a parking space, which was our priority when choosing a hotel. Upon arrival, we were told that there were no spaces and were offered to leave the car in the parking lot nearby (which in fact, was further away than promised ) and at the same rate (which in fact more expensive than at the hotel ). We were forced to do this, since the room had already been paid for. It should be noted that visually there were spaces in the parking lot. Maybe the reason was the Ukrainian license plates of our car? In such case, it looks like discrimination based on nationality. Conclusion: we don’t recommend tourists with a car to book rooms in this hotel. In addition, the room on the first floor was quite damp and had a bier on the garbage bins

Very close to Heilbronn central station. Easy check in/check out, made it easier to arrive late or leave very early without delays.

My room was directly on street level (pedestrian street) and the privacy felt a bit limited. I had to keep the block out curtains always closed.
