Meli Suites, Thassos

We had a fantastic stay at this small boutique hotel by the sea. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home. The room was clean, cozy, and just a one-minute walk from the beach. It took us a little while to find the place, but once we did, it was absolutely worth it. The peaceful atmosphere and close proximity to local restaurants made it the perfect romantic escape. We’ll definitely return!

Guys let me told you that this was one of my best experience so far!The rooms are so aesthetic, everything is from stone and wood, in the summer it will be paradise. And the hosts Theodora and Yana are so cheerful, helpful and nice women.Everything was perfect!

The staff are incredibly friendly and create a warm atmosphere where you immediately feel welcome. The breakfast is a real highlight - fresh, delicious and prepared with lots of love. Everything is just right here: from the cleanliness to the cozy furnishings. The hotel is also perfectly located - you can reach the most beautiful beaches and other great excursion destinations in a short time. An ideal place for a relaxing vacation. I will definitely be back!

I don’t know where to begin… the entire stay felt like a warm embrace. The service is top-notch, and it’s clear that the people here are not just professionals but also genuinely kind and caring. In particular, Theodora went above and beyond to make our stay as wonderful as possible. This attention to detail began the moment we were welcomed. Many thanks as well for the countless insider tips—she took great care in picking out the most fitting recommendations for us.The breakfast here is truly exceptional. Instead of the usual buffet, they serve a beautifully arranged breakfast platter. Everything is homemade—even the honey comes from the owner’s garden. Even the tea was a pure delight—no boring tea bags here. The herbs were freshly picked before our eyes and blended just for us.If your soul needs refreshing, this is the place to come! It certainly won’t be our last visit.

The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. It has a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. The staff was amazingly friendly and made you feel special. Breakfast was very rich with homemade bakeries and fresh veggies and homemade marmalades. It was 30seconds walking distance to the beaches. Our room had private pool and we spent most of our time in our room, sunbathing and resting in the pool.

One of the best stays I’ve had at any property. Theodora and Gianna were both welcoming throughout our stay. They both made the effort to get to know everyone and ensure we have a great experience. We booked the superior suite and let me tell you, the room was better than what I imagined. I never wanted to leave the room! Additionally, if you’re looking for a unique breakfast experience this is the place to stay. Each morning the breakfast is different and made by Gianna. You receive a board of different local pastries, jams, meats, and cheese. Everything was delicious. The location was also amazing, with plenty of restaurants and beach bars steps always. They also have some beach chairs if your are interested in spending some time on the beach. If you’re looking for a unique experience, a beautiful property, and employees who care this is the place to stay in Thassos. My only regret is not booking early enough for a longer stay. I can’t wait to stay at Meli Suites again!

I’ve had a great time with my family at Meli Suites since Gianna and her team managed to make our trip to Thassos Island an unforgettable holiday! From the splendid sea view to the excellent services that were provided to us, everything was beyond our expectations and, most importantly, adapted to our needs and requests. I insist to mention that no detail was left out. Breakfast consisted of various fresh local Greek foods, more specifically traditional products, and had a unique theme every time. I enjoyed the host explaining to us every morning what breakfast consisted of, the wooden plate presenting colorful and delicious foods. Drinks were not missing from the breakfast image, as we had the chance to be served with fresh orange juice, coffee and, at request, a fragrant tea made from plants around the garden. Also, the garden was full of scented flowers, herbs and mighty trees, ascending the natural breath of this paradise.The cleaning service was exceptional as we felt that each day, when we entered in our room after beach time, everything seemed as we had just checked in, having this feeling every single day.We want to congratulate Gianna, Theodora and the whole team for the efforts in keeping these high standards and we thank them for treating us in such a wonderful way! We will certainly come back when we will have the opportunity!

Very nice hotel on Thassos. The hosts are very friendly and always endeavored to make our stay as pleasant as possible.All our wishes were perfectly organized, whether it was a rental car or a cab to the ferry.We can highly recommend the stay and will be happy to return.

The breakfast very poor and not that different as the host pretended . Too much bakery instead of real food .the room gave you the feelingof something different but it doesn’t feel cozy . The concrete bad was weird .the room also have excesive umidity.

The hotel's location, cleanliness and breakfast were very good. The ambiance of the hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Even though we could not speak English properly, they helped us by using every means possible to communicate with us. Even though we stayed for a short time, it was very good for us. We will definitely come again for a longer holiday. Thanks for everything.

This place is amazing. Yana is just great. She is so hospitable and polite. She helped us with info about the island and places we can visit. The hotel is great. Very clean, 20 m from the beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast is so delicious, different every day.
