    • Clean renovated room in the city center less than 10 minutes walk from the port.Easy check in, if you arrive late, the owner will send you a message with a code to collect the key from a safe box and the facility intrance.
    • Great location. Steps to the promenade and restaurants. Wonderful staff! Very friendly and helpful
    • The building itself was in the perfect location. Only a 10 minute walk from the port and in the middle of everything. There was also plenty of parking right behind the property and a grocery store down the road. Not to mention a minute walk’s away from car rentals and a laundromat. The hotel was lovely, clean, and comfortable. However the staff really made this place above and beyond. From the moment we arrived they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering us plenty of amazing recommendations and showed us how to use the bus system so we wouldn’t have any trouble. We cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

    Cons -

    • Rooms are a little to small for my liking
    • Nothing! We loved it all!
    • Before booking, I saw some negative reviews about the room size, bathroom, and soundproofing. After my stay, I can say that while the room and toilet are indeed small, this is really part of the island’s infrastructure and the traditional style of houses. It’s not something the owner can change, and I think it’s a little unfair to compare it with modern hotels in a big capital city. The best approach is to embrace the island experience and enjoy the unique charm it offers. As for noise, we personally didn’t experience any issues. Of course, this can depend on your neighbors, but the owner has placed clear instructions to ensure everyone respects quiet hours. Given the nature of these houses, full soundproofing is simply not possible — and that’s part of the island’s traditional setup. If you have any concerns, I strongly suggest speaking directly with the owner. She and her staff are always smiling, very welcoming, and genuinely do their best to solve any problem. For example, my only minor issue was the pillows, which felt a bit too small for me. Without me even mentioning it, they were replaced after two days — a thoughtful gesture that shows how attentive the hosts are. Still, I believe the pillows could be improved in the future.Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent hospitality, and an authentic experience of the island.

The room was comfortable and met expectations. What really made the stay memorable was the hospitality. The owner and her staff were always smiling and welcoming, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The owner also prepared a detailed guidebook with useful instructions and recommendations about the island, which was extremely helpful during our visit. Location of the hotel was very good with a little walk to the passage on the sea side with lots of restaurant and amazing night atmosphere.A well-organized and thoughtful stay overall.

Our stay was amazing! Amazing location, a few houses down is the beach and the center. The hosts were so welcoming and nice. They were there for every question we had and were so understanding and helpful. The room was very big, clean and comfortable. We felt very safe the entire time. Loved it! Highly recommend! Couldn’t have gotten a better accommodation!

    We liked everything.

    very small room and bathroom

    9KyraPosted on: 10-2-2024

    - perfect location, walking distance from the port, beaches and bus stop- room was clean - welcome basket and information pack was a nice touch- friendly staff- I was able to add on an extra night and they were super accommodating and took care of my bags during the process

    - the shower was quite restrictive as the toilet system was in there, which meant the shower curtain would cling to you when showering

Location was excellent. Beach just metres away. All the best waterfront restaurants were at hand. Room was quiet and comfortable. Good wifi. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to find just a 15 minute walk from the ferry.

Location, good wifi, easy self check-in.

Room was on the small side. The bathroom was quite old, probably needs upgrading.

Very good location and lovely people, very comfortable with everything you need

    9VossPosted on: 9-18-2024

The kindly Lady at the reception. We both are small 63 and 64 kg and the small clean room was good enough for 1-3 days. The way the decorate it.

    10LeonaPosted on: 9-17-2024

Very close to all the restaurants/bars. Two min walk to the beach but also quiet at night. Really nice reception team and cleaner. Free beach towels from receptions and there’s a booklet of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area

stayed from 27th August 2024 during 4 nights. Location is great. Its very close to main seaside restaurants and sea. Just end of the street you can access one of the main street of Paros. There is very close public parking area (2mins). Main bus station and ferry port of Parikia is 10mins away by walking. Market is at the corner of street.

stayed at twin room from 27th August 2024 during 4 nights. Bathroom is quite small and old fashioned. You need to know its just two starts pension. If you are planning to use the room just for shower and sleep, its nice room. However, if you wanna spend time at hotel, there is no space at room or hotel.
