Such an ideal location right by the beach and good restaurants. It’s about 15 min from the Port by walking. The hosts were incredibly friendly and brought a smile to me each morning. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. It was such a reasonable price.

I am pretty sure this is a great place to stay on a budget in summer. I put a 5 to not impact too much the rating as my experience is in April, which is less common already.

However, I would not recommend it off-season. In April and by 13°C, I had to sleep fully dressed both nights and there was no hot water in the morning. The owner seems to be a nice guy, but he only offered to give me a heated bedroom or the remote to the ac when I said I was leaving. I made it clear that I was freezing cold at night so I feel that he should have offered a solution after the first night already. Again, if you come in summer, I am sure this place is a great choice on a budget.

Beautiful little family hotel. Very welcoming owners. Simple furniture as expected, great location and value. We got the room on the top and enjoyed a beautiful view. Highly recommend

Our room was cool. We didn't need to use A/C at all. Cleaned daily. Clean towels etc. The beach is a 5 minute walk if you don't wanna explore on a particular day.Cosy atmosphere, polite owners. Pantelis and Katerina are always there to take care of your wants and needs. About a 10-minute walk to the port and bus station. You can take boats to Antiparos or cheap local busses to Naousa and all other places of the island like Golden Beach for a swim or just to explore.There are also boat trips and bus tours of the island available with great guides, if you can it's a must.Beautiful promenade for night walks. Restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance. When you get to the main road, turn right and keep walking. There are many beach bars/ restaurants to choose from for a swim. Best, maybe Ammos, for sure Paralia. Sets of beach beds and umbrellas from 15 to 30 euros. Ideal place if you want a calm atmosphere that doesn't break the bank. If you want a busier nightlife there are local busses till 3:30 in the morning coming and going to Naousa.All in all it was a fabulous holiday for us. No complaints.

Location is pretty good, as it is just behind 2 beaches. It takes 10-15 minutes to the center of Parikia on foot. Bed was comfy and big. It's okay value for what you pay, no big issues. Wi-Fi is good.

It's not a hotel per se - there is no reception and you bring the key with you wherever you go. A/C was old (although it could help), and the room had a smell - not too bad, just a smell of rusty.

Well kept property, room was comfortable and clean, bathroom was spacious. Allowed early check in due to our ferry coming in earlier than expected

Lovely family run hotel, staff were the sweetest! The location was great, close to the port and a 2 minute walk from the beach and the town/restaurants!

Owners were very friendly. Just a block from beaches & short walking distance from shops & restaurants.

The beds were a little uncomfortable & pillows were flat. I think that’s typical of Greece.

The staff was wonderful. They are very nice family and try to comply with any request. They were kind to give us a Ride to the ferry.Peter the owner and his wife were very nice people.
