My stay in Paros was wonderful! The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the facilities I needed. The location was perfect—close to everything. The owners were fantastic and even helped me out with some extra touches. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable modern place to stay. It is in a fantastic location, on the beach, and a short walk to town, the port and bus depot. The hosts are warm and welcoming. We highly recommend it.

Amazing staff, convenience of the cafe and location proximity to pier and many restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room stated ocean view but the patio opened to the cafe, could see the ocean but it wasn’t a direct view.

We loved our stay at Kirki. The rooms are comfortable and quaintly decorated. We had small balcony with a sea view and small drying rack. The staff/owners were so friendly and welcoming. We loved the restaurant on site for breakfast. They had great coffee and croissants as well as a full menu. We would definitely stay again.

My son and I loved staying at Kirki Rooms. We had been travelling for about a week and a half sharing a room, and it was great to have 2 separate rooms for a change. The location was fantastic. Right across the road from a beach, and just a short walk to town.

We had a lovely stay at Kirki Hotel! Maro, the host, was incredibly sweet, helpful, and kind — she truly made us feel welcome. The room was clean, neat, and cosy, perfect for a relaxing stay. The café downstairs serves delicious food; everything we tried was fresh and tasty. All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was in a very good location. Right across the beach and many restaurants in close proximity. I love how the hotel and my room were super clean!

Had to ask for refill for coffee. When room was being serviced, they would never leave coffee packets

Great location and lovely cafe attached to the rooms. It’s right on the beach and the family staff is just lovely.

The owner John is very nice and friendly Shows his daughter and his wife and at the restaurant the serving staff are very nice and polite. Really enjoyed it. I’d give him a 10 for service.

Now, as for the hotel part very clean very modern clean your room every day nothing negative about this place. It’s a 10+ for everything would come back here again with other family members and to be honest with you I went to Santorini last year and enjoyed Paros better and there might be some people that will disagree with me, but my opinion.

We loved the people our host Maro was so lovely and helpful. Informed us what we should see and were to go for car rental. Met the family they were all so friendly.

The location, it was only a short 10 minute walk into the main town centre. There was a lovely cafe below as part of the property and other cafes and restaurants close by. A quick walk across the road to a lovely swimming bay with beautiful sunset.

The location was amazing, exactly as advertised. It was not far from supermarkets or restaurants at all! The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was tidy and was cleaned daily. It had a fridge, hairdryer, towels and shower products. There is also a lovely café downstairs with a great view of the sea.

The bathroom was very small, there wasn’t anywhere to put down your things - I think if there was a shelf below the mirror that would be better for storage of personal items. There also wasn’t an iron or an ironing board. Not massive problems at all for the price/location of the property! The café below (owned by the same host) I would say was slightly overpriced but the food was good.

The property is attached to a quaint cafe right across the street from the beach. The rooms are newly renovated with modern finishes and a cute Oceanside/ nautical vibe. We loved the vibe of the room and it being attached to the cafe was the perfect stopping point before setting off on our day.The owners and staff were so kind to us, offering us free coffee and even a free yogurt bowl on our first day there! The food at the restaurant was delicious and affordable. We were luckily able to check in early and the team was super receptive and responsive to our scheduling changes. We truly appreciated their flexibility and willingness to help us! Regarding the room, we definitely used all aspects of it. The main bed being soft and comfortable, side twin bed we used frequently to siesta between our activities, the outside patio + drying rack came in handy as we were at the beach EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. My personal favorite part of the room was definitely the rain shower. (As an American shocked by Greece’s lack of shower curtains) the barrier that separates the shower from the rest of the bathroom brought me some solace. The property is a short walk from the port (around 7-10mins) and the entire walk is scenic right by the shore. We thoroughly enjoyed our daily strolls through and from the port to our little seaside oasis. The ocean here was picturesque. If you walk 5mins further, you’ll experience calm and crystal clear waters and sandy shores. Of course there are also a ton of friendly cats that lounge around the beaches. I highly highly recommend this property for couples, solo travelers, families, or anyone in between. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this will be our go to choice whenever we return to Paros. We loved everything! Please note that there is a chance that your room will be on the ground level, so you may hear the occasional car or pedestrian. However, this did not bother us one bit.

This hotel was updated, modern and very clean! It was also in a great and convenient location, just a five minute walk from the Port of Paros and 20 minute drive to other towns on the island including Naoussa and Lefkes. There are also a few beaches that are within walking distance. We loved the restaurant/cafe that was downstairs - Nisea - literally was right outside our room! We practically ate there every morning. (The staff would even prepare a table for us when they saw us coming, haha.)Maro was also a great host and made us feel comfortable. We were six girls and she was able to get us two rooms next to each other on the ground floor, which was amazing because we of course had huge luggages. We loved Paros and can't wait to come back!

The area is a bit chaotic with traffic and pedestrians since it is near the ferry port, but this was also an upside for us! We were able to walk to the hotel to and from the ferry. I would highly recommend not bothering with a transport, as it would probably take you longer. The beaches that are within walking distance are just okay in my opinion, but there are plenty of great options that are only a 5-10 minute drive.

Great location, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. Great value for money! Rooms are air conditioned and cleaned daily.
