The location is great directly in front of the sea and close to the main town, the staff is really nice

There is nothing I didn't like really, for that location you get what you paid for.

My stay at Hotel Zannet (Oct '25) was a true delight, and the highlight of my experience visiting Paros for the first time. The location is great, a short walk from the port and directly across from Livadia Beach. The hotel's first floor restaurant is a perfect place to share a drink and watch the world go by. My favorite feature of my room (#3) was a sprawling balcony, from which I could hear the surf and see the sea through the trees across the road. But what stood out most was the remarkable hospitality from Nikos, the hotel owner, and his team, that elevated Hotel Zannet from just a place to sleep to being itself a memorable experience and memory from my visit to Greece. Should I be fortunate enough to visit Paros again someday I will be back, and in the meantime I can't recommend this charming hotel highly enough.

The hotel is right by the beach. It's sooo close. It's also really close to the Port, so access there was very easy. The island was very windy that day, but the Hotel was very sheltered. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was lovely. We will be back. We were accommodated because our last check out was at 11:00 and our check in to Hotel Zannet was at 14:00 and they kept our things aside in order to wait for our room to be ready. We explored and had lunch downstairs which was delicious.

The good quality mattresses, clean bedding, simple but appealing room and the location. Also the warm friendly welcome from the family who own the hotel. The location of the hotel across from the beach, between the beautiful old town and some nice beach clubs.

The hosts are very hospitable and nice. They were very helpful. On our last day, we couldn’t find a taxi to take us to the port, so the owner drove us.Super cute hotel and very nice friendly people

Excellent location in front of the sea. Friendly staff. The room was clean, the bathroom looked recently renovated and the mattresses also seemed new and were very comfortable.

Specifically booked the room with 1 double bed and still got 2 singles. The restaurant was a bit pricey.

The staff were incredibly kind and the location was great, especially for a solo traveler. Walking distance from the port and old town and right across from a small beach. The view from the balcony was great and there is a small restaurant below that was great for getting a coffee and taking in the views. The rooms were clean and a great value for the price. I would stay here again without a doubt.

The staff was incredibly kind. We had an issue with the Booking.com platform, and the manager was very patient and helpful. Our ferry was at 18:00, and he kindly let us leave our luggage there after check-out. The place was clean, they gave us great local tips, and overall everything was perfect — no complaints at all! :)

The hotel is just in 2 minutes to the beach, very friendly and good hostman.he helped us about booking. I highly recommend it.

Loved this hotel! Rooms were very spacious and clean. Balcony on the ocean front was really nice with 2 chairs, a table, and a drying rack for your bathingsuit. Rooms were freshened up each day. The owner was very nice and accommodating. They even provided beach towels upon request. Quiet area not right at the port. A little bit of a walk to get to the center, but right on the beach which I liked better. Restaurant downstairs had good food at a good price. Would recommend staying here.

Only thing is I would prefer a black out curtain for the balcony doors/shutters. But with the sheer curtain and shutters it wasn’t bad.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Beautiful room with a comfortable bed and plenty of space/storage, and a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean and beach below. Bathroom newly renovated and had great amenities - very modern. Cleaning was exceptional, with daily room cleans and the rest of the hotel always spotless. Staff were so friendly and helpful with excellent local recommendations. And the location was perfect!! Right across the road from a nice little beach to swim at and relax on, but a very easy stroll to the port, bus stop, and town. Lots of lovely bars/restaurants around and supermarket very close. No complaints at all - highly recommend! We would return in a heartbeat ?

Great staff, nice breakfasts, pretty comfortable rooms (could have had better shower and wi fi) that had great sea views.

A bit far from center ( was in town though) but good beach .

The location was excellent, right on the water with lovely sunset views.A short walk to town and the ferry port.A restaurant was attached and many more available a few steps away.There was a balcony with ocean view.

The large bed and furniture took up most of the floor space so it felt a bit cramped walking around the bed.Shower pan was really tiny.

A lovely beachside hotel within a few minutes walk of Parikia.Nikos and his team are fantastic.We had a room on the front with a great balcony.

Nothing really, for the price, the hotel was exceptional.A kettle in the room would he nice, but it's not really an issue. I didn't ask about one either, so maybe they did have them for guests.
