Good location - close to restaurants etc, nice breakfast

Bit noisy, close to the Main Street

We loved our stay at Parea Boutique Hotel! The room was beautiful — spacious, clean, and had a stunning balcony view overlooking both the pool and the sea. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of fresh and varied options each morning. Everything about our stay was perfect — highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable experience!

The staff and the rooms were big

Nothing in particular .. the breakfast was very very basic and there is no luggage assistance esp if you stay on the 3 rd floor it’s very difficult if you have large suitcases

Nice recent property; beautiful decoration.

No parking. Just a small spot that can’t accommodate all cars without cars blocking each others. Very inconvenient.Common spaces are very narrow. Needed to pass by the pool with our luggage to access our room which in a very tight space, impossible without bothering people sitting at the pool.Breakfast limited with no sitting. You have to sit around the pool, not convenient.Room was big, nice design but just two super small windows without light. Not good enough for a Deluxe suite.Bathroom needs repairs, floor destroyed. Water pipes issues, smells bad at times in the bathroom.

- Lack of parking space only room for 4 cars by the hotel, otherwise you have to park on a dirt road, relatively uneasy to access to by car - No interactions with the staff outside of check in (quite cold and not very responsive on WhatsApp: I asked 3 times to get the safe in the room unlocked and they did not come to do it)- Breakfast was average- Bedroom had too few storage space (2 drawers and 6 hangers) to unpack 2 suitcases on a 2 week-long vacation (only spent 3 nights there)

Such a stunning hotel, we loved everything about Parea. The team are very welcoming and helpful with some great recommendations, it’s a short walk into Parikia where there are so many nice bars and restaurants. We didn’t have a car so it was also really handy to have 2 amazing beaches in walking distance, we spoke to others who also said the buses are very convenient for exploring the area. Bounteraki restaurant is only a short walk away and is not to be missed, same for Magaya and Alexandros bar for sunset cocktails by the windmill. We had a sea view room on 3rd floor, it was beautifully designed with amazing views of the sea and sunset and a balcony overlooking the vineyard on the other side. Nice toiletries and very clean rooms. Pool area is small but very chilled and never feels too busy. Nice bar, they don’t serve snacks but you can order from Wolt. Breakfast was really good, served from 9 which is a little later than other hotels but not a problem. Would highly recommend Parea to anyone travelling to Paros.

Little space around the pool and breakfast area. Very strong smell of 'perfume' in the room. Lasted all night.

Breakfast was amazing! Really enjoyed having that available for a nice slow morning before going out. Staff were all friendly. Yoga classes was nice offering! Location was great

The staff and the location! All of the staff were absolutely fantastic and the facilities were clean and sizable for my boyfriend and I.

Pool could be a tiny bit warmer but we came in the early season so it still needs has time to heat up naturally!

Beautiful rooms with a gorgeous pool. The location is about 10 minute walk from the main part of the town. Would stay here again!

Room was very spacious, had a great terrace, very clean and newNice viewVery new and tasteful poolI wasn't aware but they are providing breakfast included which was great; actually a very good and also high quality selection which was a nice surprise

Only downside was that pool/terrace is facing sort of north; hence there is less sunlight which might be a plus in the main summer season (as it gets very hot) but a slight disadvantage in the autumn

I just didn’t like where the hotel is located but only because I didn’t rent a car. With a car it’s fine!

Very pretty , cool vibes . Amazing View and good location. The snacks and breakfast offered in the morning was excellent.

Overall location was great and the staff was absolutely wonderful - From setting up our airport taxis, rental car and general recommendations and conversations.

parking was a small issue

The property was very clean, modern and gave off a calm and relaxing vibe. The daily breakfast at the pool was a lovely start to the day. All staff were very kind and helpful, and welcomed us with ouzo and a smile.

The location of the property is close to the main strip, however if you are planning to walk, it is an uphill climb without a pedestrian walkway. If you are coming with baggage I would suggest getting a cab!

The view was nice. Rooms were basic. Everything worked. No wow factor as previous reviews stated.

Car park was a little small for everyone with cars or ATVs.

Quiet location next to a vineyard only 10 minute walk from edge of Parikia with a view of the sea. The rooms felt very lush and had a very large outdoor balcony. Grab and go breakfast pastries and sandwiches were great as someone who doesn't typically eat a full breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful to arrange transfers when needed.

Some of the pool furniture was a little shabby and it stays mostly in the shade so hard to utilize the pool in the shoulder season but to be expected I suppose.

This was a great property, gorgeous pool, the room was huge and beautiful. The breakfast every morning was wonderful and the view to the ocean was amazing! Air conditioning worked well and kept us cool. We were pleasantly surprised by how large the room was and how nicely it was decorated.

There was definitely a smell that began coming from the bathroom during our stay... It smelled like either garbage or sewage and we couldn't figure out what it was which made leaving the door to the washroom open not an option. The parking lot was extremely small which caused us some stress around parking the rental car for the evening, having to park some people in which made for a not so restful sleep.
