great amenities convenient airport/ferry shuttle and spotless rooms

Clean, good quiet location not far from town. Very close to supermarket and restaurants. Quiet side/back entrance.

We were in the basement but were fine with it considering we signed up for it. A kettle would have been helpful.

We had the pick up from the airport, they were prompt, friendly and a smooth drive , the room was in the basement which was quieter , everything was clean, friendly staff , 10 min walking distance to the main town

This was one of the cheapest rooms in Paros. Had to book this so i can attend a wedding so i didn't really care about amenities and stuff. For just sleeping it's ok i guess but not for longer stays. I didn't use the pool, but it was relatively small.

The room was extremely small. It was underground with a very small opening (wouldn't call it a window) on the top left corner of the bathroom. As it was underground, it was very dump and humid.I stayed for 2 nights. The first night, the cleaning stuff woke me up around 7:30am because they were moving beds on the top floor and yelling at each other. From what I saw, the hotel expected a big group later that day and they were fixing the rooms. The second night, it was ok. The beds in the room were really hard. Usually I like hard beds but those were really bad.I don't know what is the policy for cleaning but after staying 2 nights, there was no cleaning. The room was clean when we got it so no problem there.

Really cute place in a convenient location. It has an outdoor area to chill out in and is very near an amazing gyros restaurant. Good price and a very nice place to stay

Not a dislike, but caution (as other reviews mention): the budget rooms are mostly sub-grade, with a small window for natural light. Still good value !

The hosts were very accommodating while I waited for my room to become available, serving me a cold cappuccino and some breakfast items. The location is pretty good, just off a main road with frequent buses going both directions.

It was not clear from the listing that it was a basement room (and it was very basement, down a long steep staircase). By the time I learned it was, there were no other rooms available. Strangely, the room had dishes and cutlery but no hot plate, just an electric kettle. The biggest problem was that the screens on the windows were inadequate and the place became infested with mosquitoes. There were also some ants to keep me company.

The pool was great, and the location was near the port making it easy to get on and off the island. The boardwalk by the water is only minutes away with lots of shops and restaurants.

Absolutely everything!!! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the bedroom large and very comfortable! Breakfast was really good!! The location excellent, very near to the bus station and the port. I would highly recommend to anyone. The price makes it even better, very affordable and still amazing. Thank you very much!!!! Would come back 100%.

Pool and communal areas were lovely. Nice snack bar and good drink selection. Location was handy for a 15 minute walk to the port, old town and bus station. Good value for money for Paros in high season. WiFi and 5G was available throughout the property, room was cleaned each day with nice towels and linens.

Our basement room was very dark; it only had a small window which we anticipated. The room could have done with some bedside lamps; we only had the ceiling light which made it difficult to find things. It could also be noisy at night as in the basement, there can often be banging whenever your upstairs neighbour walks around.

Amazing value, very clean and ideal location walkable to ferries and beaches and downtown

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed them so much, particularly Angelica and Gjoda!

I wish I had more time there!

It was in a wonderful location and they also had free shuttle busses everywhere!

The online thing I had trouble with was the WiFi. I wasn’t able to make phone calls

Cheap, works well, has the basic amenities. Had a room in the basement but guess that goes with the price..Perfect transport from the port also

Could have done without the dead cockroach in the corridor that the person that showed us our rooms didn't even bother to throw out.

We had cheaper rooms, which were in the basement. The only good thing is that is was cheaper than other accommodations and that they took us from ferry and to ferry for free. But the car was old and we almost didn't fit, as there was seats only for 4 people and we were 5.

There was only one small window. In the whole basement was kind of weird smell of urine and cigarets. There was no signal and no Wi-Fi. We haven't got any info about the pool. When we got coffee, they charged us 4 euro for 3in1 Nescafe even though they had coffee machine (they didn't tell us we can choose, just gave the 3in1). The beds were too soft. There is fridge.

Easy walk to the main street and bus stop. They also provided a free shuttle service from the port.

It was very noisy throughout the night and early in the morning. Our room was in the basement

We really enjoy our time there. The unic thing that we don’t feel as good as we want was the rooms that they select to us. We choose normal rooms in Booking, and the informations tell that we have windows, terrace and kitchen; and when we arrived, they give us two rooms in the -1 floor, and they said that we have to pay more for the others rooms with the initial conditions. The rest was perfect.

They came to pick us up in the port, very nice people and apartment
