    Pros +

    • Pool , room and staff were amazing
    • breakfast had a variety to choose from and they even personalised for you
    • Staff were friendly and accommodating. The manager (Lefty) was super helpful; he even offered to help us with transportation to the ferry.

    Cons -

    • Location was a little far without a car from the city center Missing music by the pool
    • require transportation to go nd do anything
    • The noise of the cricket was annoying. The hotel needs to update its photos, as they are misleading. They also need to inform the public that its on a hillside where you need to go uphill, if you have knee issues, it will be hard for you to stay there and not too close to the beach.

Good location, great pool, clean room with great balcony/views

Given only one hotel key so couldn’t charge electronics or keep A/C on all day, had to check in and return pool towels at front desk, front desk staff were nice but not very helpful

Breakfast was good, plenty of choices. Pool was nice, clean and with a sea view. The staff were absolutely the best part. Everyone was so sweet, professional and very helpful.

It was my daughter and I birthdays and I was expecting some little something: i don't know a hand written card, bottle of wine, somethibg to have made both our birthdays special. Either way the hotel is not in Nausa where the action is. It is in Parikia where there is a lot to explore but if you want to be close to everything that the island has to offer you have to take a private transport as there are no taxies available.

    Nice swimming pool , bright

No elevators, you need a car , by a busy street The handicapped room does not have a door to the shower

    9RalucaPosted on: 10-9-2024

Property is nice, average looking, nothing wrong, nothing special. Good location, helpful staff.

Smell in the room was of fresh paint, terrible

    8MaryPosted on: 10-5-2024

The pool, the view, the balconies, but mostly the staff. They were wonderful and VERY helpful!

The beds were too hard and uncomfortable!

Location , not too far into town, but you need a car . You can’t just walk out , it’s busy street and no side walk

One of my family is handicapped, and has the handicap color, but there is no door in the bathroom, so it’s very slippery, he almost fell down. We asked for a different room but the staff said we couldn’t change . But they did give us a chair

The hotel was set in beautiful grounds, it was lovely and clean and the pool was lovely!

We didn’t like that the restaurant was only open until 7pm and the bar closed at 9pm.

    Not bad for Paros

The noise at night kept me awake from water pipes to banging doors

    8KerstinPosted on: 9-15-2024

Very friendly and caring staff and good breakfast.Fridge in the room and pool towels available for guests.

Pool opening hours were a little short, from ten to eight. Drinks at the bar are quite expensive.

A 15 minute walk to the port. Terrific pool. Aircon is great, view from room was great. Staff are friendly. It's also nice and quiet and you have good privacy.

Bed was super uncomfortable, felt like there were springs in my back. Toiletries hadn't been stocked before I arrived and then were not restocked during my stay. Wifi was patchy. I worked out before arriving that the price for this place is highly variable, I paid more than double per night compared to what it would have cost be to book it with 3 days notice.

The hotel had a pool which was on our tick list, the beds were comfy and housekeeping visited every day. Pool/beach towels were provided. The breakfast spread was excellent. The lunch menu was a bonus when spending the day at the pool. We really enjoyed Paros island.

This is not a 4 star hotel and do not be confused by it being a "Mr & Mrs White" hotel - this is not the same as the UK's "Mr & Mrs Smith". Staff, whilst giving a smile and the necessary exchange of "Good Morning/afternoon/evening" , they were superficial and felt insincere. The walk to & from town was particularly dangerous, especially after dark. Anyone with children should take extreme care. The walk back is also on an incline, albeit gradual, and to many people not vertically challenging. Before booking I asked the hotel if it was on a hill (clue is in the name of the hotel!) as my husband has a medical condition - only to be told it is not uphill. We beg to differ. We enjoyed the pool and surrounding area - very quiet and relaxing. By the end of our week the pool was in need of a good clean - it had a very unpleasant green line at the water rim and there was muck and sand gathering in the pool. When I pointed out the green at reception, I was told it was due to the wind?! Private transfers are available via Reception at 45 euros for a 5 minute journey to and from the ferry. However, we found the bus service excellent at 2 euros each, each way or a local taxi for 10 euros. You will have to book the taxi directly as the hotel are not able to assist with this. There are no bar facilities open in the evening so if you are looking for a cup of coffee or nightcap before retiring, this is a clear NO from the Reception staff. The waiting staff dressed in jogging bottoms/jeans does not reflect the standards the hotel are aiming to achieve. We did not get to sit on our balcony - whilst we had a view of the sea as booked, the immediate view of the lower ground floor roof covered in flora and fauna was not inviting, and the green slime on the balcony most unpleasant.

Staff were really lovely and helpful. We stayed for our honeymoon and they upgraded our room for free. Breakfast was delicious and views were amazing.

The hotel is well maintained, clean and quiet. It's a short walk from the town. My room was on the first floor overlooking the pool and the sea with stunning sunset views. All staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful.

My room was lovely but it felt very basic for the price. Noise travels from other rooms also which is unfortunate.

Hotel is beautiful - our room had a lovely view of the ocean and a nice balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was nice. Staff also brought us a bottle of wine as a honeymoon present :) We would stay here again!

The pool didn't have very many lounge chairs, and some guests would "claim" chairs and then leave for hours. It would be nice if they had more! We ended up having to put our towels on the concrete a few times.

The room was super clean and updated. The pool is beautiful and has a great view of the sea. The front desk staff was also super friendly and made the check in and check out process so easy. The location also is convenient to the center. The hotel also has a large parking area. Overall, I would stay here again.

    Nothing - everything was great
