Very good breakfast! The location was ok. The room was quiet. The restaurant meal was good but the service was not so good! It took too long to bring the meals.

The parking lot could have more shade and have more parking spaces. The staff at the restaurant was not so prepared to handle orders at a good time rate.

Great staff. Excellent breakfast, convenient transportation to the city at night.

It's a nice hotel. It gives jungle vibes. There are lots of plants around.

The bedroom's door is not too easy to open using its key, it can take a few attempts until we can get the right position

Great breakfast

The reception service was bad, the room and furniture were outdated, air conditioner was very noisy... There was no hot water in the shower, which was particularly surprising and disappointing. Overall, the hotel badly requires maintenance, and considering the relatively high price we paid for our room, we expected much more. It is definitely not a good value for the money.

desperately needs renovation. everything looks at least 30 years old. we had to change the room because the toilet was leaking. I asked 3 times for the soap dispenser in the restaurant men’s room to be refilled - never happened. it’s a shame because this hotel would have a lot of potential with better management

Excellent breakfast, large pool and good games room. Very nice common areas with lots of nature.

Rooms and especially bathrooms need a renovation and update.

The garden and pool

The room was dirty and the blank sheet looked like already used. cleaning service only once in 3 days.Staff doesn’t speak English and is very difficult to communicate. The hotel is supposing to offer a transfer to the bus station and Center, but none explained this to us or offered. When we needed, they called us a taxi.

Amazing views throughout the hotel, especially around great pool. Excellent breakfast and kitchen staff very friendly.

Not very well received at arrival by reception staff which was in general disorganised. Knew nothing about walking tours available, could not lend us an umbrella, and in the end made a mistake that doubled our food and drinks bill!

The pool area overlooking the national park was just lovely. We appreciated the wide variety at breakfast and the wifi was also strong. Food and drinks were well priced.

The rooms are a little old. Our bathroom door couldn't close.

Great location, large pool, comfortable and large beds.

The hotel desperately needs remodelling and freshing up. The rooms look and feel very old, with furniture, doors and paint worn out.

staff at reception not helpfull at all, shuttle bus not available because driver had a day off, and teh next day as well??tour operator ion the hotel had two days off as well....??
