Location was good

Treating the staff by manager/owner, inaccurate information about the beach, very dirty swimming pool, no doors in bath.

Perfect location. The place is very clean

Extras was expensive. The pool was not well maintained. Poor breakfast.

Very nice hotel with nice views. Welcoming staff and nice pool and a good beach close by but they have an obsession with air-conditioning. No air-conditioning in the lobby and in the rooms theycover the air-conditioning remote degrees with tape so you can't change the temperature which is on 24 degrees and they specifically write on.the remote to keep it on 24 degrees!!!!!! I never heard of such a thing and I've been to many hotels.

Staff was fantastic. I needed medicine in the middle of the night and the staff brought it to my room. Really enjoyed the stay there. I would recommend it. Pool was also very nice with bar pool side. Breakfast was also great!

Drive to the city, but there was a free parking area on the main road. Just a 5 min drive.

The Princessa was a comfortable hotel a short taxi ride from the Pythagorio Port area in Samos. Two standouts were stunning sea views from our room, the lobby, and the breakfast area and the friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again.

Dinner options around the hotel are limited.

Excelent location and very cozy hotel. The staff helped us to rent a car, and they gave recommendations about must-see places. They are really pet friendly as well.

This is a good located hotel. Close to the beach, 1-2 mins by walking. 7-8 min to Pythagorio by car. Our room is clean and staff is kind and helpful.

Breakfast may be better but not bad.

Shower is always more hygienic. All rooms have bathtubs. Hard to get in and out

The personnel were very welcoming and helpful. The location was great, it was very close to Pythagorion town center. There is a great beach nearby to spend your whole day. The size of the room was satisfactory.

Bathroom size is upsetting, it is way too small. You need to literally jump in and out of the bathroom tub because it is installed too high in the bathroom. There could have been more variety in the breakfast, and also you need to tell the staff to refill the breakfast food that has finished before you.

Location, the view from the hotel was very good. The staff was very helpful and always smiling. The sea close to the hotel had a calm and clear water.

You had to pay for the beach towels which they were very old. The pool loungers were also very old and seem dirty. They didn’t change the bedsheet frequently. I asked for clean bedsheets and I had to change it by-myself!

Great location, great beach. Acceptable breakfast. Clean enough room and bed. Very good service, helpful and smiling staff always at our disposal. We will definitely go back to the same hotel. Bathtubs ün the room are unnecessary; would prefer shower. Small rooms in the main building. But ac works great. Sheets and towels are excellent and very clean. Thanks to everyone in the staff. Great pool beds by the way. By far the most comfortable I have seen.

It is in a beautiful location with beautiful views. The hotel is somewhat older and we had a problem with our air conditioner on the first day, but the owner moved us to a newly renovated room, which was much nicer. The breakfast is wonderful (but no air conditioning in the public spaces) and the pool was very nice. The beach is a short steep walk, so it might be difficult for some, but it’s beautiful.

No air conditioning in public areas and no dinner at the hotel, but it is available at the restaurant by the beach. I also wish the rooms could have been a little larger, but that’s all.

The staff were so lovely and the views from the hotel were so beautiful! Would recommend staying here with a partner, it’s nice and quiet!

The food really needs some improvement, not many opinions available to us. The air con stopped at 24 degrees also so was quite warm in the room.

Helpful staff speaking perfect english offering us to order taxi or make a reservation at a restaurant.

Not much varietty of food at the breakfast, almost non-existant internet, rooms not much sound isolated so one can hear everything (but the hotel was mostly quiet)

Hotel was pet friendly. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The facilities, in general, were clean and well maintained.

The swimming pool , although it can be considered acceptable, it was not mechanically cleaned after closing. Also some extra shade around the pool would significantly help.
