Staff was very polite and accommodating. Location was prime with many tavernas in close proximity, beach 4 min walking distance.
Great location to catch ferry … very nice staff. Good selection at breakfast and offered to us earlier than usual as we were catching an early ferry. We would have liked to stay several days but were unable to do so because of ferry schedule to our destination.
The balcony was pleasant. The view from the balcony was nice. The cafe of the hotel was nice for breakfast.
Breakfast could be better.Bathroom wetted the whole space when in use.Lighting fixture over the bed was low, uncomfortable for sitting up on the bed.
Cleaning , location is perfect, snilşnf faces are there.

There was no one at front desk when I wanted something the lady in the shop next door was watching she couldn't help no greeting comming and going no kettle in room to make tea
Location absolutely, food and staff.
There were fly’s and they kept coming even though we killed them. Also, there were two single beds, even though we picked one double bed. Lastly, showe was too small. Room is smaller than it looks.
Very clean, well located hotel. We had a spacious room with a sea view and balcony. Lovely, friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice. We enjoyed using the chairs and tables in front of the hotel, available for hotel guests. Small but extremely clean and functional bathroom.
Five steps up to the lift.
The room itself was quite nice, quiet and very clean. Location couldn't be more central.
The people who run this hotel are clearly not aware how to offer proper and quick service to their guests in case unforseen circumstances arise. Upon the arrival of my two-week stay, internet problems caused their payment terminal to fail which caused some unfortunate consequences resulting in quite some discomfort on my behalf. While this was certainly not directly the fault of the hotel, they were the only ones who could solve the problem - it took them exactly 10 days (!) to take the appropriate action and make the necessary calls. In the meanwhile, wrong information was given until the very last moment. 10 days of worrying for me, not being able to enjoy my holidays as I should have.Never on my many travels throughout Greece have I ever experienced this kind of incompetent and slow behaviour by hotel owners. So beware: this hotel seems fine... until something comes up - don't expect too much help or action from their part unless you keep asking and insisting; it's really an insult to Greek hospitality. This was also reflected in the very bleak check-out: don't expect a warm goodbye or the question how was your stay. The reception desk is only manned until 3pm; bad luck when you have a question in the afternoon. Internet and phone connections stopped working once inside the room. I could only make calls on the terrace of the hotel. "Garden" views are views of a wall with a tree in front of it. Breakfast is okay, but repetitive. All in all, this hotel doesn't deliver the services appropriate for this price range. My impression is they rather cater for people hopping on and of boats and only staying for a few days, not causing too much effort. If you decide to stay for a longer period like I did, I recommend you to choose another hotel - don't be mislead by the location: there are better options in Pythagorion, offering more value for money and the kindhearted service you expect when in Greece.
Location is on the best place of Samos island. You do not need a car for go out and have dinner. The room was clear, staff was very friendly . Breakfast was really delicious and also they offer fresh orange juice while we had our breakfast. We will definitely visit the hotel again in the future and will also recommend to everyone. Thanks a lot of?

Cleanliness(and room was cleaned every day)Convenient breakfastComfy bedFriendly staffLocation
Shower curtains are old fashion. Glass panels would be better
directly at the historic harbor. Beach is in walking distance of 4 minutes. Very accommodating staff
Amazing location, clean rooms, rich breakfast and friendly staff. Considering the reasonable prices of the hotel, I think it’s the best location to stay in Samos.
The location of the hotel was in a good place. breakfasts were nice. Having a wide range of breakfast hours was good for relaxing on holiday.
The shower area was a bit small, there was a shower curtain instead of a shower cabin, it could get a little wet outside, but the room cleaning every day made up for this situation.
