Everything is amazing. Our second time here. Will be many more to come. Smush burger was amazing!!!! All food is very good! Christopher from beach house, very good guy, very helpful. Glad to have him assist us ! Staff wears black in beach house, which in hot conditions not ideal, might be good to change the color. Overall great, always happy to be here.

The facility and food

We departed the hotel early in the morning to board the ferry at 07:45. While the guidance document provided in the room indicated that breakfast service would begin at 07:30, the actual service started at 08:00. As a result, we were unable to have breakfast prior to our departure. We had only requested coffee before leaving; however, this was unfortunately not provided. This was the only disappointing aspect of our stay.

The reception staff were extremely polite and helpful. Location was perfect.

The service at the restaurant and beach area was unbelievably bad. The waiters were extremely slow and inattentive.

My minor negative comment for the otel is that the rooms could have screen doors.

•Minibar Service: The minibar wasn’t refilled for 2 days, and when I raised the issue, the staff mentioned that a form needed to be filled out, though none was provided in the room. Out of frustration, I asked if I could purchase drinks from a supermarket, and the response was that it was “totally okay,” which felt dismissive. The minibar was eventually refilled, but only after I reached out to customer service.•Restaurant Reservation: A dinner reservation made by the hotel at Pergamonto was not honored. The restaurant staff said there was no official reservation and that the hotel concierge had called them using a personal phone. After contacting the hotel helpline, the issue was corrected and we were seated, but it took a rejection, uncertainty, a 30-minute wait, and dampened our mood.•Management Response: When we asked to speak with the hotel manager, she arrived somewhat irritated by the request. While she said she would look into the issues, her approach was not particularly reassuring or comforting.•Atmosphere: Despite the great beach location, the hotel lacked liveliness, and the bar was always empty at night, which was disappointing.

all thing related with hotel are gorgeous, we are delighted, choose swim up sites if you can..

some taxi drivers at the taxi station near the hotel and serving the hotel are scammers, please pay attention to this issue..

A bit too close to the airport so you can hear the plans a bit but that’s not that big of a problem. Needs a bit of a shade around the pool. We had a room with shared pool and there was no way to lay down there during the day without getting sunburned so we went to the beach where you can find umbrellas. Maybe invest in some kind of shade around the pool areas so people can spend their day there as well

Front desk manager needs to learn how to be a manager.Restaurant and beach service lead is a very rood person needs to be well trained in such luxury hotel.

There are lots of options at breakfast and everything is very delicious. Also, hotel is really good designed and beach is very comfortable. Great experience.

Check-in time is a bit late and check-out time is early. It would be great if there is flexibility at these standards.

Pool, sunbeds, room, design. It's clean and nice looking.

Housekeeping always came late in the evening while we were inside the room. We expected housekeeping to come around 10am. Be aware, complimentary drink cannot be redeemed at the hotel bar, you have to go across the street.

Hotel is great. Photographs doesn't justify. Swimming pools are very clean. Sea was the best.

We came here as a group. We asked if our group can share the same swimming pool before coming to hotel (like a month early or more). When we arrived, we weren't sharing the same swimming pool. We needed to talk with them for an hour for this to happened. From our perspective, this should have done earlier and we didn't need to spend this much time on this. It was frustrating. When you arrive, they ask you to write your credit card number, name of the holder and the dates on a piece of paper!!! This is a huge risk. They do this because they do not do pre authorisation hold.

It was a pleasant stay , staff was helpful and always smiling also professional. I will definitely come again.

Design of the hotel is excellent.Rooms ara very big and comfortable.It has a private beach which has a unbelieavable sea.

Everything at the hotel is designed for your comfort, relaxation, and to make you feel happy. We stayed in a room with pool access and truly enjoyed relaxing in a hotel room after a long time. The design and the materials used made for a very pleasant experience. The beach area is perfect for enjoying the sea; its relaxing atmosphere and bar make for an excellent day. The breakfast was very delicious, with the pastry selection being particularly strong. The room service, bar, restaurant, and overall satisfaction level were very satisfying."

Being close to the airport, there is occasional noise from departing planes. However, since it is not a very busy airport and there are no night flights, the noise isn't frequent, so it doesn’t pose a problem.
