Arora Hotel

Only Location and view is good.

Taps are not working correctly. No cleanness in Toilet and Bathroom for to the standard of a 4 star hotel.

Staff was very helpful.

So dirty,smell very bad,bed is not comfortable

The stuff of the hotel were very kind and professional... BUT the dinner (+Lunch) was Untopable, the desserts was ???? unbelievable delicious?

I stay just 5 days ??

Coffee, no juices or lack of them for children and short entertainment

The hotel has it's own access to the seaside and two separate pools, for more family and more quiet type of guests. Most rooms have a great view of the sea.

There were not enough tables for sitting in the upper and lower terrace. The staff at the reception was not very helpful about travel information and services like washing clothes. Food could be more varied.

Everything else; this hotel is in serious need of a refurbishment. Drinks were awful - Pepsi tasted like some sort of medicine, the only beverage you could drink was beer. Maintenance non existent, beds by the beach broken and dirty, showers by the pool dirty - stairs leading to the pool always wet as some leak coming from the pool plant room flooding the stairs. Too many kids screaming and running around.

I engaged myself in activities from morning to evening, to get away from this overated, awful hotel.

This is a 1-2 star hotel. The place is grubby, everything listed was not in the room. ie mini bar, a tv that had such poor picture quality, I watched programs on my phone, which I had to download because the internet wasn’t good enough. I would rather have eaten with the local at an open market. Had to stand in a long queue of miserable people to get food. Four star hotels would have decaf coffee, had to get my own, and the list goes on and on and on. If the staff smiled, it would crack their face. The only decent bloke I met was the receptionist when I checked out.

Hotel is very very decent with very pleasant staff. Clean and good variety off food choices although food is too spiced up (for my taste). Hotel provides a lot of animation for kids and adults too.

Hotel is noisy! Guests are very low profile, very loud and messy. Hotel Beach needs a LOT of improvement. ONLY the room with the sea view is acceptable (for me)

Will never visit again

Horrendous, not like the pictures at all food inedible and hotel filthy and smelly, bed rock hard and loud German music on until late, very run down and dirty facilities and the beach is dirty and smells of raw sewerage, staff unfriendly and don’t speak much English, not even a toaster for breakfast, stayed for 6 days and had to eat out the food is that bad

rooms modern and clean. close to bazaars and town.

halls were dark and dated, not a massive selection of food but may be better in season. not much entertainment

I am giving this hotel the lowest rating possible because when we arrived, the hotel was completely closed. There were construction workers present, but no rooms available for occupation. This was clearly a situation where we should have been alerted.

I did not like the fact that the hotel was completely shut down when we arrived! Come on Priceline! Don't you know these things?

Bad, bad, bad time. Never come back.

This Hotel is Hell on earth. How it has 4 stars amazes Me. Absolutely filthy place. Will NEVER go back.
