NothingNothingThey make me trouble on laundry . I have gave the house keeping your laundry for cleaning . then after 8 hours the reception staff told me that my clothing in my room.they have not done any things.

first they had gave me moors are not the ones that I reservation.I do not like the reception staff. They are not friendly.

Second stay at Club Marvy and was even better than first time. Great restaurants, amazing drinks, cozy and comfy room (partial sea view it’s pure therapy).Adults only beach and restaurants are a delight.The resort itself is huge and the respect for nature visible at any corner.Food at the a la cart restaurants at a high level, congrats.We’ll absolutely return.

Most of the staff very friendly and prompt. But for some should be worked on.At this level of resort, towels cards should be excluded.More atmosphere at the adults only beach bar (evening time) and later closing hours would be really nice. Room service would be a nice touch as well.Better music and animation at the beach party.

We spent a wonderful week at Club Marvy. I stayed there with my daughter, and we were absolutely delighted. The stunning location, the stylish facilities, the relaxed atmosphere, and the fantastic food made our stay truly special. We also really enjoyed the delicious cocktails, the yoga classes, and the beautiful infinity pool.We would particularly like to highlight the outstanding friendliness and professionalism of all the staff – throughout our stay, we always felt very warmly welcomed and truly valued.

A small note: the main restaurant was often quite hectic, noisy, and sometimes a little uncoordinated.

The food is genuinely amazing - the best I have ever had in an all-inclusive hotel. Every single dish was excellent, with fresh fish cooked perfectly to order, fantastic salads which were varied and incredibly tasty, fresh honeycomb and freshly baked bread in the morning... The a la carte restaurants were a welcome change from the great buffet and were also of very high quality. Our room was very quiet and very well proportioned. Staff were friendly and there was a high staff to guest ratio, which meant everything was spotless. The app was very useful to ask for everything from more toiletries or coffee in the room to a buggy ride to the lobby, and service as consistently friendly. The hotel is also great for children thanks to the water slides, pools and beach, and friendliness of the lifeguards. It was very easy to order a drink from your lounger, thanks to the many waiters walking along the pools, and there were cold water bottles available everywhere. The many snack bars along the property made it easy to keep children powered up between meals. I also had a great massage in the Kesre Bay spa, with a beautiful view of the sea. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

We loved our family holiday in this very classy resort with stunning sea views and ample grounds with greeney. The water park has a wide variety of slides and is great for children and adults. The food was superb with a huge range of different dishes and we also enjoyed a la carte meals in the Iskele Meyhane restaurant (Turkish taverna style). The paninis in the Italian restaurant were very tasty; on this occasion we didn't try the a la carte Italian with an extra charge but were impressed to hear there is a Michelin star Chef in charge there. We had the best cocktails ever in the all-inclusive bars; in particular would like to mention Eray out of all the staff as the most talented cocktail maker and very personable, with great attitude and customer service - he deserves a promotion. Would recommend the divine cocktails called Starry Night, Birth of Venus and Scream. During our stay we also tried paddle boarding in the sunny and serene sea. The private beach had fine sand, good deck chairs and umbrella. Overall we enjoyed a blissful and unforgettable holiday!

It would have been nice if the hotel had a warmer (heated) outdoor swimming pool, the water was quite cold. Also fluffier towels in our hotel room.

The food and staff of the hotel was the highlight of our stay. The guests are diverse, respectful, the facilities are varied, and the views are really nice. Nice coctails and activities for both families and single adults.

Our room was really small, including the tiny bathroom. We had a small baby, the noise from dj and live music each night was difficult for our 9 months old who sleeps at 9pm. Luckily the music stopped before 23pm. The a la carte restaurants were less tasty and rather slow compared to the main restaurant but nice to change atmosphere. Spa hamam was not very hot.

Amazing location and nature. Design of the common areas and concepts are very contemporary. So relaxing. Beaches are amazing. Spa and massage is really good. Food in the open buffet is amazing better than ala carte restaurants. There are cabanas on the adult beach for massage which is really relaxing. Sunset is so beautiful.

At nights the music is too loud and didn’t stop until midnight which was annoying as I wanted to sleep early. Spa is good, i used it many times but the quality of the nail polish is the lowest.

The facility is perfectly designed from top to bottom, offering fantastic amenities for both families and those without children. As for the food, I’m at a loss for words—they’re not only of high quality but also incredibly delicious, with a wide variety to choose from.

Cocktails are nice. They use original brands of alcohol drinks. The sea is clean and the beach has nice sand. Archery team is successful for the entertainment.

Ala Carte Restaurants are not good enough in terms of the content and richness of the meal. Main restaurant serves the same type of food everyday. Night activities are not interesting.

It was plentiful and fresh. Nicely presented. Always enough.

Service speed.

Staff were very helpful and did everything to help us on our needs during our stay, we have been intended with care. Also the quality of the food and drinks served was really good.

Hotel is full of cats, they are everywhere. Indoors and outdoors so if you are not comfortable with it, make sure to take this into consideration.

Landscapes, planting, coffee shop/patisserie, nice boutiques, taste of food in main restaurant, spa

Drinks, coctails, alcohol quality, non alcoholic coctails, juices, even the coke they provide.. Disaster for such a price band. Just bring a can of coke, instead of filling it from your bottles. DisasterCleaning is not top standard especially in restaurants. Service and food quality and selection of iskele Meyhane is a joke?Some staff members are disaster and behaving really really bad like shouting each other in the restaurant, joking by yelling or screaming or laughing their heads off.. Most of them were ok. Long queues in the restaurant. Wars of getting a sunbed. Way over capacity. Sea is sometimes good, sometimes badBuilding is very very old, only one elevatorDefinitely so expensive compared to what it givesDefinitely a disappointment compared to where it positions itself

The private beach is excellent with the water being shallow quite far out which is great for kids. Pool is large and clean (there are several pools)Rooms were clean and comfortable (great shower). They supply lovely toiletries in the room. The conditioner is fabulous! The food was fresh and delicious and variety was pretty good. Proper all inclusive drinks with only high end drinks and extra charge. Big kids playground and loads of water slide/splash zone. Quiet area.

Kids club although big and nice is not great as the few games, colouring stuff and toys are placed high up so an adult has to get them down and there weren’t many things to play with anyway. I understand they do specific activities with kids but it would be good to have general stuff to play with. Also, I dropped my 6 year old off and went back 15 minutes later to check on him, he wanted to leave and although I signed the OUT book, I was not challenged and spoken to, I could have been anybody. There is a mini golf which they don’t seem to advertise. It’s very tired and the clubs are plastic with real balls so you can’t really play properly. It would be a great activity if they could upgrade the course and equipment.

Everything was perfect, staff super friendly and helpful, variety of food options and the quality of food was superb, facilities everything was perfect, we stayed with the family and supper happy with this facility and the service provided, will definitely be back, highly recommended

Staff was very friendly, especially at the two not inclusive restaurants.

Communication could be better, lots of the staff don't speak great english.
