Hotel Ottheinrich

Great location, and convenient walk to the train station. Also, thank you for scheduling my taxi on my departing morning.

Bed was a little stiff, and breakfast could've use a few more options. Maybe some beans and sausages. Otherwise had a great stay!

Staff and breakfast were very nice.

Only suggestion would be a microwave in the room

The location, the breakfast, the comfortable bed, the cheerful atmosphere of the room, no rug.

The second room had a sloping ceiling, a bit oppressive and inconvenient for someone 6 foot four.

Not enough amenities inside the room to make the stay more convenient and pleasurable. For example, it would have been nice if the room had a kettle to make some tea throughout the day.

They made it very easy to check-in, even after hours. The location is perfect for being very close to the center of town and many restaurants. Note to anyone, the parking is not right on property, but it's a short walk from a lot just up the hill.

No on-site parking.

I did not purchase the breakfast at the rebooked hotel.

I was rebooked at a different hotel - NH Weinheim that was 3 km away from the market square where I wanted to stay. I was told there were sanitation issues at the hotel but a business colleague was staying at the Ottheinrich and was not aware of any issues. I think they overbooked and moved me to accommodate their business customers.

Location was great, facilities/rooms were clean, and staff were friendly.

Parking is challenging.

The location - very atmospheric, in the old part of town. This was a small apartment, but the bed room, bathroom and lounge/kitchen were sizable and very comfortable. Refurbishment seemed fairly recent and to a good standard - kitchen was fairly basic but more than sufficient for our needs.The Complimentary (well, we assumed complimentary) beer, wine & chocolate was a lovely bonus.

Tastefully decorated small hotel right in the middle of the historic old town. Very clean throughout. Friendly and helpful multilingual staff. Highly recommended

Excellent location! The very center of the historical part of the city, surrounded by castles and parks. Easy access to the train station.Fresh and tasty breakfast.Very-very clean!

I would prefer to have a kettle in the room.

It was an apartment, and set away from the main hotel. Poor directions of how to find the room. No complimentary water or toiletries. No coffee making facilities.

Hotel I used to love needs some TLC.

Very slow internet...basically useless. Lighting in the room substandard. Only light was from the light over the door and night lights for the bed. I had asked in advance for sheets and a blanket instead of a duvet. This was not done. Also, the hotel room safe was unusable as it was missing batteries. The one thing I appreciated was the water pressure of the shower. But, the temperature controller is probably due for maintenance as the water would fluctuate from warmer to cooler. I was in Room 26.

No elevator so very difficult to carry the luggage up and down the stairs

I didn't sleep well because:1) there was no air conditioning. 2) The curtains didn't make the room dark enough

The location in Weinheim was fantastic, 100 meters from the Marktplatz in the old town. People at reception were very helpful. The bedroom facilities were perfect and comfortable.

On the Sunday morning some children were running around banging doors so that noise on the bedroom corridors was unwelcome.
