- The hotel asked for the credit card used to make the reservation on Booking. I made the reservation for my team from outside Brazil. Of course, they will not have my card. I informed them that the 2 rooms were reserved for other people. Ultimately, one person from our team has to pay for the hotel.

I have nothing much to share as positive, except that the shower is ok.
This felt like a 90's hotel that was never really renovated. The parking experience is mediocre. Vallet is not available all the time, so if you get to the hotel late, you need to park yourself, but to enter or leave the garage you have to honk!!! The garage looks like it's under construction (never finished). The room key constantly keeps de-magnetizing and you need to ask for a new one. The breakfast could be better. Not worth the value. I felt like staying at a cheap motel.
Clean, confortable, quiet, the Staff from the Restauurant was outstanding, very friendly, flexible and patient with our language ( Spnanish)
A/C blows directly into the bed. Missing USB connectors to plug-in to charge ejecttonic devices.
The manager Rodrigo is very attentive, helpful and kind.
The restaurant staff is great but you may eat pretty much the same thing every day. There is also shortage of supplies.
Good location with walking access to the centre. Breakfast is of good quality too.
