Svalinn Hotel

This Hotel was Ok because as we got on with our journey through Turkey it got worse and we realized that this one was at least a little bit up to the EU standards we enjoy in EU. It was spacious and the young Lady ( I think Suada ) and the nice Man were very polite and helpful, thank you both.

Nice building, clean and big room, great buffet breakfast and terrace. Free parking.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Breakfast didn’t have a huge variety, but everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, a lovely experience and great value, we’d happily stay here again!

Old pillows — uncomfortable to sleep on.Spa operates from 12:00 to 20:00; it would be better if it opened in the morning. No staff were seen at the spa during our stay; no changing rooms.

I really liked how well-maintained and clean the property was. The space felt welcoming and comfortable from the moment I arrived. The layout was thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and a good balance between open areas and private spaces. I also appreciated the quiet surroundings and the convenient location — close to everything I needed, yet peaceful enough to relax. Overall, it had a great atmosphere that made it feel like home.

The only downside was the noise from the room above us. It was noticeable at times, especially during the evenings, and made it a bit harder to fully relax. While the property itself was lovely, some additional soundproofing would really improve the overall experience.

It's a pretty standard hotel, clean, comfortable. The food was good, both breakfast and a la carte for dinner was delicious.

Common spaces smelled a bit of a cigarette smoke, which for me as a non-smoker was off-putting. The room had no smell though.

Great location and easy access to the airport and the shopping mall. Guest Relations staff are always helpful and friendly.

wifi was slow or didnt work, showers had problems, either drainage wasnt working or no water coming out. I understand the hotel is in a non-english speaking country, but communication with hotel staff was difficult, even though they were friendly.

No hot showers, swimming pool too small and cold, sauna doesn’t get hot enough.

The worst pillows ever totally uncomfortable and cheap also i got some kind of allergy when i arrived at the hotel it was very bad thing but the hotel was nice staff where nice and the breakfast also was 7/10

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The entire place was exceptionally clean and tidy, with a luxurious feel throughout. The family rooms great—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with comfortable beds.The breakfast was excellent offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. Another great advantage is the location— close to the airport and Optimum, a big shopping mall, is within walking distance.Highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay!

The spa was terrible and that is why we wanted to pay extra. It was cold, even the hot tub and the sauna. We were super disappointed.

The restaurant and the service were perfect. The staff was nice, helpful and very friendly. The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport, perfect location if you are looking for a place close by.
