Hotel was in the city center, staff was very kind and room was very clean

Good spot to explore from. Staff were very helpful. Good WiFi and a great breakfast!

Shower (hot water and water pressure) wasn’t great.

This is the third time I stayed in the hotel, and everything was just perfect. The location is ideal in central Saarbrücken, right at a tram station and two stations from the main train station. I had a room on the top floor again with a nice large balcony with a pleasant view. It's relatively quiet in spite of a busy street not too far away. The room had everything I needed, the staff was very friendly and did everything to make me feel welcome. The breakfast is abundant and very good. I'll certainly book this hotel again for my next visit.

The matress was a bit too soft, but this is a minor issue.

The hotel is located almost exactly next to the main nightlife area and is therefore very convenient if you plan on going out for drinks or to a concert. Despite this, the room was quiet and very comfortable.

In contrast to many of the other hotels I saw listed for Saarbrücken, the location is very central, but parking is (as other reviewers have noted) less than ideal, and all the one-way streets, cul-de-sacs and on-street parking make finding a parking spot... difficult.The room itself was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but not too spartan. Another reviewer mentioned hearing bells from the church across the street, but they didn't ring while I was there.

The building is a little older, so the walls are not as soundproof as they could be; I heard a toddler babbling in the next room in the morning, and a woman in the room on the other side faking it the night before...Parking is (as other reviewers have noted) less than ideal, and all the one-way streets, cul-de-sacs and on-street parking make finding a parking spot... difficult.

The room looks cozy and everything looks like new.

Staff did not speak English much and there was reconstruction going on the outer side of the building. Also sound isolation was not much effective so there was lots of noise.

Not expensive for an eco hotel, good location, everything nearby.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. They are solicitous of your needs without being intrusive. Breakfasts are plentiful and fresh. On my last day, with an early start, mine was packed up for my trip. Excellent coffee on constant supply and lovely little cakes available all day. My room was very clean. I had a single room but it was very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were lots of plugs and lights in useful places. Decor was simple but stylish. I like that they are serious about being environmentally friendly.

No fault of hotel, because double glazing is good. However, I was there at a bank holiday and being so central there were lots of revellers. There was also a wedding. Apparently, the custom is to drive around beeping your horn, and revving your engine repeatedly - for the best part of two hours. I had originally had the window open and therefore appreciated how good the double glazing is. But be aware your sleep may be disturbed if it's holiday time! Otherwise, schlaf gut!

The room was clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is very good and central. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was very complicated, first day I had to fill a form, selecting items I want for breakfast, and then they lost this form. They could've used a small open buffet, which would have made things much easier for everyone. There was noise because of the constructions outside starting early in the morning, so I had to use earplugs because I sleep with an open window. Wifi is of average quality, I didn't want to risk having a Zoom meeting there and had to find an alternative place.

Safe , clean , comfortable and good location

Entire exterior of building was under reconstruction when I was there . Scaffolding entirely covered the front . There was no mention of works on site when I was booking . They should at least let people know state of building before they book . Rate should have been lower as a consequence

Some rooms are badly in need of renovation , we had 51 which was spacious with a great balcony and view.Also very thin towels

Beautiful hotel in central Saarbrücken, directly at a tram station and two stations from the main train station. The room was spacious with a large balcony with a nice view. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Location was great and close by the city center. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Breakfast could improve. All was fine.

The morning reception staff and breakfast waitresses were particularly warm and helpful. Rooms were clean and a good size. Bed was really comfortable and black out curtains meant I slept well. Breakfast was copious and fresh.

It can be noisy of an evening, but it's in the middle of the city, so I expect nothing less, but others may find it a nuisance.

Early check in, walking distance to the centre.

Parking the car is on the public street, you have to be lucky to have a spot nearby.

The staff was really helpful and friendly, the hotel is situated right in the city center. The breakfast was outstanding, and it was personalised, so no buffet, which is really good against food waste.
