Holiday Inn Express Saarbrucken By IHG

Great breakfast. AC worked well. Good location to shops and restaurants. Room was large

Staff was very helpful

Little noisy due to location of being near major roadway

Clean, comfortable beds, staff were great in recommending a nearby place to eat (with a discount voucher)

Having work done on car park made it tricky to find way in especially with one way system.

Location, facilities, close to railway station

Huge roomWarmComfortable bed Great shower

Nothing It was really good value

Clean and specious room.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable

Perfect stop for onward journey to Austria. Good location. Car Park could accommodate our top box.

stylish and tidy room, polite staff and delicious breakfasts

hmm...I like everything

Location, facilities, staff

Breakfast was very poor

Good hotel for one night

Price for stay of dog too high

The location is near the center of Saarbrucken which proved ideal. The breakfast was excellent with multiple buffet options including healthy food choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The front desk was not always covered adequately. It didn't take long to discover why. The receptionist is tasked with double duty of check-in coverage and serving in the dining room. When attempting to engage in a question and answer discussion, I was interrupted with the comment, "I need to go as I have something in the oven." She preceded to deliver that "something" to a guest in the dining room. I have never encountered this double duty arrangement EVER!

Cleanliness and friendly staff

Not able to locate easily and difficult to access

Parking price Great staffRoom looked like pictures Quiet

Bed was so uncomfortable it was a dip a quarter through as if it’s just a bad mattress. I seen they have firm and soft but seems like that one was a defect. Breakfast was very disappointing. Cold sandwich meat and cheese. Scrambled eggs were cool. No refrigerator

Nice hotel, room design was a little odd for us (we were in the large hotel room). Breakfast was top notch. Location was prime, no more then a 10min walk to Saarbrücken walkplatz and Christmas markets. Staff was polite, spoke English and professional. Plenty of parking for min fee. Card security when in elevator was nice. Running path by Saar river. Tram is 1min walk from hotel…

The room was clean and breakfast good.

The parking paper was a bit strange and then using the key for the elevator.

I liked the location the price and the breakfast!

Didn’t like the fact that when you take a shower a lot of water are going out of the bathtub. Also it could be cleaner the room.

Everything ! Easy to find ! Parking on site! Breakfast exceptional ! Staff all very helpful and eager to please !

I simply enjoyed during my stay in this hotel. In one word - perfect!!! Really, everything was super: the location, breakfast, comfort, facilities, just everything. I recommend it to everybody.
