Europa Hotel City

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the centre of the city and just 15-minute walk from the bus and train stations. The room is small but cosy. Internet works great.

Friendly welcoming staff, clean (if a bit small) room and a good breakfast selection. Hotel is on a quiet back street so expect a good night's sleep.

Ignore the self check in, I never managed to work out what nationality to put for English, just speak to the receptionist.

Place of hotel was calm and secure .. and thanks God that nearly close to hotel (2 minutes walk) a fantastic Greek restaurant, where we solved problem with diner, because we`re hungry after business trip from Normandy, France :-)

The price for breakfast was very confusing. On booking.com the price of breakfast for a double room was 18 Euro, it mean 9 Euro per person. On the door of the room inside, the price list price of breakfast was 7.5 Euro per person. But the night receptionist wanted from us to pay 11.50 Euro per person. That was the reason why we finally resigned ourselves to breakfast and ate on the highway on the way back. Also hotel didn`t have parking. Even it in Booking.com was information, that park place is beside hotel than reservation will not needed. But beside hotel is only privat parking places for 12 euro per night.

The hotel itself was not in good standards. We found bed bugs in one of our rooms and just generally found the property to not be very clean and well kept.

I really liked this place before when I tried to shower the shower broke. But when I reported to this to the front desk, they were super supportive to change the room. The new room got everything functioning. Bed super confy, location is good since it's about 15 min walk to the central station. You can also get your things to the front desk after the check out. Staffs are super super friendly. Photos are from the room that the shower got broke btw. But if you have many luggages heads up: there is stairs who would have to deal with though there is an old-fashioned elevator.

If you travel solo to stay one night, and remember your student room, that it's possibly the same size, nocap big W this hotel.

Staff took L on English, the staff should learn English, its makes your L's into W's

The room was clean and had all the basics. Appreciated the 24h check-in and the not-too-early 11am check-out time. The location near the center was perfect for my needs and the price of the room was reasonable.

The room was a bit small, but it was ok for a quick overnight stay. Missed the hairdryer. Also no lounge.

Enough parking, 10 minutes drive to the centre and simple good hotel for the price. No complaints

Hotel was quite close to the entertainment venue.

Lack of tea facilities in the room.Having to wait for other diners to finish their breakfast even if there was a spare table and chair left unused. Furthermore, pillows were too soft and a chambermaid replaced my dirty bed line with a clean one but with a dry blood stain.

Outside looked older, inside very update and very clean facilities.

Parking is at a premium.,I parked 2 streets over but Saturday afternoon and Sunday can park the government park areas, since no one is there
