Staff was cooperative

It was not clean as expected and was noisy too

The Staff was always there and very helpful and friendly :)The room was very clean and everything like on the pictures.

The view to the inner court was not nice, but at least it was possible to smoke on the very narrow balcony. The TV is very small and the controller didn't have charged batteries.

the hotel was advertised with secure parking which is why we booked but when we arived we were told the garage could not be used. we canciled & requested a refund but the hotel wouldnt confirm if that was possible. we did eventually get a refund but no correspondence from the hotel

Staff were greeting us, friendly and helpful with our questions.

It was a bit loud between the rooms; could hear and feel doors being slammed at any time of the day, especially during the night.

Room was clean, but smelled musty. Fairly close to Tram to get around.

No lights outside, no parking , you steo into a darken hallway and then after a couple seconds,lights would switch on. Front door was open in a questionable neighborhood. Issues getting a receipt and they insisted on cash.. heat was visiting and had to keep window open all night to stay cool

I have booked with breakfast and paid on the booking.com.There was no breakfast and no payback, no refund. I wanted to cancel the last night but they didn't allowed. The TV was broken and no channels and the table was sticking.Really disappointing for a lot, lot money.

I liked the walls and floor.The bed was fine but not great either. It's fine for staying if you just want to skip the night

We got a room with a twin bed but it turned out the washing room was half broken and very small, TV was also broken but we didn't need it.

Good value for the price.The hotel is fine if you don't expect much.

Very basic, no breakfast.I booked a room for 3, but they could give only one key.

Terrible

We reserved a room with balcony and, during check in we were told there were no rooms available with balcony.The employee at the front desk was no help, stating several times that "he was only an employee".The room had no lights except for one small bedside lamp. We complained and got another bedside lamp. The room had a lot of dust and reeked of cigarrete smoke. The room (windows and walls) were unable to block any outside noise. Fortunatelly it got quiet after midnight in the surrounding area.There is no breakfast due to renovations.To finish it off, we had no hot water and, when we complained, the man in the front desk told us that they "were dealing with it". Lets just say it was not a positive experience. We have booked 2 days, but stayed only One.

Disappointing hotel, but not expensive

Noisy room, the lightning in the bedroom is not good, and I did not like the hotel overall.

I booked a room with balcony and I received a confirmation that I will get a room with balcony. After arriving to the hotel I was told, that no room with balcony is available and I have to accept this.. ok, nevermind. Second thing Is parking. There is no hotel car park, you have to park the car in the street (in case you are lucky and there is some space). 3rd thing: no breakfest, I was just told there is no breakfest cause of corona- no info on booking. The building inside is old fashioned and very dirty.

The bin in the room was dirty , the wash room not clean . The receptionist apologized and gav me another room . To my surprise l found some ones condom by the bed . In this era of Covid 19. Too bad
