Cons -
- The Restaurant is closed on Sunday evening.
- The uncovered car park in the front of the hotel could be free...
- Paying extra for parking.Price of breakfast is excessive, especially if you don't eat much, a mini offer of coffee and a croissant would be nice.

Lovely, friendly lady at reception. Large room with comfortable bed. Will definitely use again, if passing.

Nice location, good amenities, comfortable beds
It would be nice to have some low voltage chargers for overnight stay. There a couple available at the petrol station nearby, but there's no path to the hotel ?
It was a good stop off point for our drive to Munich and had a restaurant and amazing McDonald’s next to it. The room was basic but clean. The receptionist was nice and cancelled the parking fee as we arrived so late!
No family room options but we were put next to each-other. No tea or coffee facilities in the room after a long drive this was disappointing. The hotel charges for parking but it is not in a town centre so this charge is unnecessary!
Really cost effective and good location
Comfy and clean
We always use this hotel while traveling to Austria , it’s just of the motorway , and has parking and they take pets
Good location & breakfast. Helpful staff.
No restaurant @ night but good Italian restaurant across road reasonably priced & good portions!Down side late night guests talking loudly in corridor which we had to go & ask to be quiet as trying to sleep after 10.00 p.mSuggest hotel reception ask guests to be mindful of others & ideally put notice up in reception to remind quests to be quiet, as you find in Premier Inns . Still would stay again.
Space,parking price.
Knocking at the door before 11⁰⁰
Very friendly staff, everything clean, good price.
bed was a bit uncomfartable.
The location was great, right off the expressway. It was very quiet and clean.
Bad
Very dated, incredibly badly kept- rubbish bins out the front were overflowing, with rubbish littered at the entrance - the rooms were also dirty, with other people’s hair in the bathroom- generally not clean (dust etc)
It was very clean, good car parking facilities, located well for motorway connections. It was good for our needs to stop over.
the hotel could do with an uplift very tired and dated
Clean Staff was friendly Food was excellent
The rooms are a bit outdated No shower only in the bath it really should be just a shower so much easier We couldn’t have the meal in the restaurant was told fully booked Had in bar Breakfast not included in the price all hotels we have stayed in Germany have breakfast in the price
The location was good for passing through Saarbruecken. The lady at the reception was friendly and helpful.
The hotel seems to be the landing point for bus tour travels. During the night there was lots of unpleasant noise from people outside and from the car park, making a good sleep difficult. The single beds are high and so narrow and very uncomfortable to sleep in. The duvets and the room very very dusty so that we even had sneezing attacks. The room comes with a kettle and paper cups! However no tea or coffee bags are offered. For a hotel of this group and standing it is an insult to the customer! When I went to the reception to find out, the lady told me, that since a year there were no more tea or coffee bags served for the 'normal rooms'. (she gave me some bags after I asked!) What a small minded management decision to save the odd 10 Euros per day for the whole hotel, but pissing customers off and making then feel short changed! It seems to be a tiny point, but it makes me think if I should further support this hotel chain, as other competitors seem to understand better, how to provide a relaxing and stress free stay and making their customers feel welcome. Finally in a location like this, in a business park with not the nicest neighborhood around, the parking should be free, as the room rates surely would allow for it!Please check for other hotel alternatives around, as you will definitely have a better experience!

Restaurant and bar closed when it should have been open
I booked the room for one adult and a child, but my h7sband joined our trip. The hotel was so kind that they updated our room to a double bed room.
The outdoor swimming pool is soooo small.
The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The swimming pool was a welcome surprise for a hotel of this type. The Breakfast was great, lots of choice. The stay was really good value for us. On this occasion we were not interested in seeing the city centre, so this was great for a relaxing stopover.
We were there on a Sunday night and the bar/restaurant was not open. However, there was a new Pizza/pasta place 200m away, which was great!
Location for overnight stop, heading for Munich from Calais.
Room was too hot. Unable to open windows wide. No air conditioning
