Self-checkin is really convenient.The room was clean, comfortable, quiet (traffic noise outside but that wasn’t a problem).The bed is really, really comfortable - I got a great night’s sleep.The hotel is being renovated and there is some renovation noise at certain times but the hotel told me about it in advance and over the weekend (Saturday night/Sunday) it’s quiet. It wasn’t a problem for me.The staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

That I couldn’t stay longer this time - I wish I could have stayed there longer.Next time !

It was quiet

The Air Con was not working, these people didn't help in giving adapters for electrical plugs like my 3 pin mobile charger. Had to call on an international number for every problem.

The toilet floor was not clean

The room was great, free parking was available and while i did not take any, the breakfast area and offering looked good for a very economical hotel.

When I arrived at 0200 in the morning, I was among several people who had trouble checking in on the automated check in device. Going through a series of iterations on the smartphone I eventually managed to check in and get my room details. But that process was difficult and painful.

It was easy to find, covered parking available and free, bed nice

The breakfast was delicious, the service was very friendly. Our dietary request was also met immediately.

There is no separate bathroom, the shower is in the room. Which is not a problem for a short stay.

I booked a room saying they are dog friendly which they were but they didn't specify that the price of my booking will change . 12€ to add a dog is really unacceptable, especially if you are not told in advance Furthermore I booked a non smoking roomThe door says no smoking yet the room smelled so much like cigarette it made me sick and gave me a headache I had to keep the window open the whole night to be able to breathe ( room 219) if you need the specification.

It has beds & washing facilities. Basic, but functional. Good for emergencies

No staff on site, check-in touch screen was non responsive, hard to follow and difficult to use with stupid questions and pointless adverts. No parking available as designated car park was a known place to park securely for free by locals.

Could have been a bit cleaner and no one likes asking for toilet roll. Half a roll is a bit tight haha

We checked out very early so we didn’t have breakfast. Staff at reception very nice and helpful. Good location, confortable bed, warm in the room, safe parking.

Room was with basic features - bed, small desk, shower etc. It is spartan, but all comfortable and ideal for a one or two night stay. Not the kind of place where you linger, stay in the room etc. Functional. It's one of those module type hotels. I did have breakfast there. Also, too pricey at 12.90Eur. I was travelling so, stopped at a bakery near by [Brotkultur which was excellent]. Best thing was the tram stop right outside. The ride into the town is about 10 minutes. A day card costs 5-6 Euros and ticket machine is right there. There is a car-park adjacent to hotel and that' useful.

All was OK and as expected. The sign for the hotel and car park could be more prominent and not hidden by a tree.

The place was really clean, gentleman from reception kind and helpfull, breakfast was simple and correct. A lot of towels, comfortable beds. Nice and quiet place to spend the night and have a good rest. Late checkout, so there is no need to hurry.

Nothing. This property was originally advertised as Ibis budget but when I got here it looked almost like a construction site with no boards or anything. When I tried to call the number no one answered the phone.

Looks like a scam - already reported to booking they are yet to take action.

Room was clean and spacious

The location was not good for locating an evening meal - we gave up. Breakfast was suppose to be available and the evening receptionist said we could decide and turn up in the morning, when we did there was nothing available the new receptionist said nothing was booked - we couldn't couldn't even get a coffee as the vending machine was not recommended she said. She said to go to the bakery, wherever that was as we didn't find it, to buy a breakfast! The point of booking this hotel was the breakfast and coffee availability so it is not good for start onward travel when not available. We have used Ibis budget many times and always been happy but would not return to this one.

I liked how close this was to my daughters university's apartment. The rooms were clean and cozy.

The rooms were small and no place to put your clothes. I knew there wasn't a closet but the room was small enough that you could't set out your luggage on a rack, which isn't included either, or chair.

Great location (at a traffic intersection but the location is very convenient for public transport, also for going to France).The room itself was quiet, bed was very comfortable, the room had minimal furniture, which I really liked - nice small table, clean modern shower, the room was not full of unnecessary furniture or too many pillows - I like a simple, but comfortable room, which I had here. Last but not least - staff were very friendly.

That I didn’t have time to stay longer at this hotel - I would have liked to have stayed longer.
