This is a very clean and comfortable hotel located within 5 minute walk from the main train station. Everything is within walking distance. But the best part of this hotel is its employees. The receptionist was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and everyone working there was so nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Quite near was a good restaurant.

The very hot weather (33 C). In the centre of the city the sign boards for Parking places were not well dealt with. Q-park garages were not indicated at all.

Breakfast was excellent with good choices, nice ambient and good quality. In general the hotel was is very well managed, clean and secure. I was particularly impressed with the front desk manager who went out of his way to be of service. In all a good choice of hotel for Saarbrücken, Germany.

Nice room, clean and well arranged

Parking is marked as included, yet it's 16 euros per day.Pets are accepted, but they added a charge for 15 euros without telling me.I booked a room for two people, yet had only one pillow and one towel.Clearly lacking efforts in making the say a good experience.

Location,parking and check-out time around 12noon. Walking distance to the touristic sites. Parking is available so no need to worry. Dogs are accepted too with a fee. Breakfast included.

Room wasn't ready when we arrived late at night. No family room and we took two rooms to accomodate us 4 people. We were not even placed in adjacent rooms. It was hot, no aircon.

Easy to find (from station) and convenient for sightseeing. A modern hotel with not much personality but pleasant to stay in.

Friendliness of the staff, especially Chiara and Jack, they were helpful and kind. In general, friendly staff

They don't clean unless you ask them to. The issue sometimes you forget to ask but this is not a big deal.

Room was small stayed here before and had much better rooms . This was not as nice

Room booked had the symbol for two people, but price was for one person. This was only apparent once we were at the location. Additional 34€ per night.

We were exhibiting at the Kongresshalle,so it was perfect.Front office,very friendly and helpful ,breakfast service on Saturday very helpful and friendly

The nights were laud ,the 3 nights we had there were terrible every night around 12:30 something was banging we didn’t know what,some exhibitors who stayed there were also complaining.

Super clean, modern and comfy rooms. Loved the beds. Also, floor to ceiling windows! Perfectly located near the central station.

The view isn’t amazing. But that’s just Saarbrücken.

More like a youth hostel than a hotel. Never again.

Loud, unfriendly staff, small towels and after room service made up the room no towels at all !

A perfect 4 star hotel, central location, tastefully decorated interiors and rooms, with a generous breakfast, but what really makes the place stand out is the naturally friendly and professional staff, at the reception Elisabeth answered all my questions immediately and made me feel at home.:)I would recommend it to anyone who visits Saarbrücken and I will definitely return next year.:)))Thanks a lot once again!!
