This is truly a 5-star hotel and the location and the staff were exquisite.

The food was so good that it caused me to eat too much.

A great traditional luxury hotel. Fine rooms, staff service and restaurants.

There were dust mites in the bed, I got a serious allergy

I have paid 400$ as a warranty ... they said they will return it back .. they never did ! .. I reached around 11 AM they said your room is not ready .. while everyone else from other nationality were lucky to find their room ready! .. room in picture looks great but in reality it's not that good.. I will never stay at this hotel again and if you are from Saudi or any GCC countries I recommend to you not to stay here … you will fell unwelcome while spending big amounts of money with no appreciation!

Location, atmosphere, general facilities, lovely breakfast!

Chair in the room was broken, could not sit on it.... room 501. Bathroom amenties were too little and did find placement of bath towers odd. One of concierge was very rude and arrogant.... did not appreciate that at all. There were no complimantary drinking water on daily basis.

Bedroom was very small indeed, fine for 4 nights but wouldn’t have wanted to stay in it for longer

Everything. Most importantly the fantastic staff. From parking the car, the wonderful restaurant and bar staff, the concierge and the people who service the rooms. Everyone smiling and laughing. Sharing a joke. Remembering your name.

It is closing for a few months renovation. There is nothing not to like about this hotel.

Hotel has a fantastic location and ambiance too, however rooms and mostly the bathrooms, lighting system, aircon desperately need to be refreshed. I hope you go for it soon to make the hotel up to date in 21st century .

The service is excellent on all levels and from all members of staff we felt completely welcomed and looked after. The tea choices in our room were for one person ( one teabag of each flavour) and no teapot. We thought it was limited choice compared to other 5 star hotels we have stayed in who also offer for example, complementary home made biscuits or packaged sweet treats. This is a nice touch we felt was missing.Aside from this minor detail everything else was superb and we will definitely return with our family in the near future as we really enjoyed our stay. Merci Beaucoup!

The rooms - at the end we all sleep and wake up in the room! Ultra low ceiling, extremely uncomfortable bed, AC inputs hard to reach at the bottom of the walls, too much dust in carpets and carpet walls, outdated completely…

The hotel was beautiful and the restaurant was amazing.Spa pretty but not really deep tissue, but great smell.The Staff amazing.

The rooms are very not a 5 star hotel room.We paid the same amount at Hermitage and got twice the size and luxury. The room is old. And tiny we didnt have room for our 2 person luggage’s.Totally not Value for money.But yes for Michelin Star restaurant!

The restaurant was EXCELLENT! Amazing staff, amazing food.

The room was old and tatty. We asked for a room with a bath, got put in a room with a shower. Happened to walk past the open door of the next room which had a bath. So had to go to reception and change rooms etc. Staff were very off hand. Quite rude checking in, no glass of champagne or water. Just demanded our passports. My wife's passport is still in her maiden name, but they refused to acknowledge her and just put the room and everything in only my name. Wouldn't even put her address the same. Was awful. No taxi's anywhere, the staff couldn't care less. Just shrugged their shoulders. Don't waste your money. Definitely not 5 star. Only worth the swimming pool and the restaurant. The rest is old and very very tired. Really really disappointed.

Breakfast was perfect. Hans got perfect vegetarian dishes with excellent service.

Stay away! Terrible old hotel with dirty rooms, strong smell of mold everywhere in the hotel and in the rooms. Such a shame that it is a part of Leading Hotels of the World group. Food is below average.

Very elegant, lovely staff and the communal areas of the hotel are beautifully decorated. The food was very good and the Spa also excellent.

Most of the bedrooms (even junior suites) are very small, old and poorly decorated/maintained in contrast to refinement of the rest of the hotel.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, amazing room and pool. Overall can not fault our stay it’s always perfect. The only hotel in Monaco we stay.
