Avoid this place.

This hotel is in a bad part of Rio de Janeiro. It is not safe and I was very disappointed. The pictures on booking.com do not come near to the actually location. It would be better to spend the night in the airport. There were stains on the linen as well.

The location was great.

Breakfast was bad. Poor quality and selection Pool area was not as pictured

It was reasonable

Talked to staff about the noise in the first room that I was placed. The staff at first said that there was no other room available. After 20 minutes we were relocated to the worst room I've ever slept in. At this point , we understood that staff couldn't be trusted so we endured the entire first night awake because we had no other place to go. We left the hotel in the morning and didn't stay the second day. We would like to claim a refund for the second day because we couldn't stay in such poor and unsafe conditions.

This is a very tired and over priced hotel for where it is and what if offers. The rooms are in need of maintenance. The bed was falling apart underneath. The curtains filthy and in need of replacement. The decoration very poor - marks everywhere. The furniture very tired. Nothing like the photos on booking dot com. The hotel is run on a shoe string with hardly any staff so there is no concierge and only the person on the reception to help with bags which isn't really possible because he can't leave the reception. The swimming pool wasn't in operations and the gym area very tired. I didn't feel comfortable at all, hardly slept and left as soon as it was light! This is meant to be the best hotel in Nova Iguacu............

Old linen and bedding, poor Wi-Fi connection, dirty air condition.

The air conditioner wasn't work very well during the night. And the weather was so hot.

Good price. Friendly staff, but very slow. Good rooms, comfortable beds.

Bar was closed the entire stay, as was the pool area. IE there was absolutely nothing to do at the hotel. We would have liked to sip some drinks by the pool or at least in a bar, but it was not possible.

Nice people

There was no place to put the suitcases. The signs for not disturb where not in the room.No hotel laundry, just a machines.

Reception staff were very attentive and cordial.

The music from the bar besides the lobby was too loud, disturbing in the room.

Breakfast was wonderful! The overall location of the building with great view of the entire city.

I couldnt close the back door and someone could easily enter my apartment from the balcony.

From the moment we arrived we had problems, the receptionist said the booking was for one person in a double room, which it wasn’t , so we cancelled and booked again to educate her, then she wanted “ID” for our 18 month twins ! Which meant we had to get photocopies of birth certificates e mailed to her (seeing them wasn’t enough) the hotel is run down , lifts don’t work properly , room was tired with leaky air conditioning, loose tiles and mould in bathroom. No restaurant because of Xmas , and no where to eat nearby ! I stay in 100’s of hotels do trust me this is bad bad bad !
