Breakfast was good, staff is friendly, cleaning done every day, location is good /quiet neighbourhood

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was clean

One side of the road that leads to the hotel was blocked off. There were no signs indicating how to get to the hotel with the road closure. Nor was the road closure mentioned when I called to inform that I would be arriving late.

The safe in room was broken no way to store valuables.

The room was okay! But the hallway rug leading to the room was filthy full of unknown spots.

Room is big and the bed was good. Hotel is a typical business hotel, The bar was a open but the service was rather slow.Breakfast was standard. Parking garage was closed (tnot sure but it looked like that) but the outside parking was available at €5, which was okay.

There were some building activities around the hotel. There are not so much restaurants around there. There is a bath in the bathroom with a shower inside, fine wih me but difficult with eldery people.

Room space (suite)

It was very cold and the staff (rude) could not do anything related to the cold in the room. Nothing around the hotel

Close to airport. Had a nice bar area with good food.

Parking was a challenge

The receptionist was really helpful. The parking around the hotel is only 5 euro/ day. Very clean and comfortable bed. Everything was clean and perfect for us. We were really pleased with the place

The room was good, beds were comfy

The air vents wasn't working so we had to leave the window open, however the traffic was constant upto 3am. The outside of the window was filthy and the coffee machine had crystals in my cuppa.

Family friendly, cooperative and good location

very good for the value of money. Large room with double bed and sofa. Working table and spacious place. Very clean room and bathroom. Good position of the hotel with good access to public transportation.good breakfast too

Not much

Air conditioning didn’t work, and when I complained a male agent tried to inform me that systems in Germany didn’t work like they did in America. I think he was not well informed.

Clean rooms, ok bathroom, good breakfast, nice staff. We got a good rate, thus good value for money

they charge you extra even for a fridge and to check in (before 3pm) an hour earlier. They also charge for parking on the hotel premises but you can park your car nearby for free. The location is in a commercial area and not very attractive and next to the very busy and noisy Autobahn A60

Quiet, clean, very good food

room was clean and bed was comfortable

bath in 1 bathroom blocked , sewerage smell , reported but not fixed, Bath in 2nd bathroom , water didn't stay in as plug not working. Toilet seat broken , both reported and not fixed. a/c in both bedrooms not working

Big Rooms and Good Location

Underground Parking was expensive and cheaper parking was always full.

The room was very very clean ? ? and the bed was very comfortable bed. I loved the bathtub as well. I give them 5stars for sure..

The one who received us was very unfriendly but the one who checked us out was atleast friendly.
