Aspire Frankfurt Airport, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

It advertised as an airport hotel, but it was outside of the city of Frankfurt. The taxi driver didn?t even know where it was. It was a 20 minute ride from airport, 60 euro taxi ea way. Moldy shower curtain. Seedy area

There was nothing to like about this hotel

Even though it had Airport in it?s name, it was nowhere near to the airport. It is also far from the city center, not an ideal location for a solo traveler or someone new to Germany. There was nothing to see in the area.

I visited this hotel to visit my girlfriend who lives in Ruessalsheim near Frankfurt. I stayed there for 6 days and the hotel staff was very friendly. They helped me check in earlier than the regular check-in time.My room was not the most modern style but it was very convenient. The hotel is close to the center of Frankfurt and the grocery market so it was easy to get there by Vehicles. They also provided a free coffee machine 24 hours a day and on special days like Easter they left a chocolate bunny doll at the door of the room. I really appreciate the hospitality of this hotel.I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Frankfurt or Ruessalsheim.

The only inconvenience was that the elevator buttons needed repair. They were up and down buttons and they didn't respond quickly.

The room was very depressing there was no double bed but two singles and the covers were awful I asked for double bed with double mattress and double cover not have all separate As for the cleaning they only changed the sheets on the first day than tho other 2 they didn’t bother I wouldn’t call that a hotel

The first impression wasn’t that good. The hotel changed name and they have removed the old billboards but not replaced them by new ones so that gave a bit of a shabby impression. That changed once I was in my room. It feels more pleasant than one would expect of looking at the pictures. The rooms are clean, it feels homey. The bath room is nice enough. They have a hair dryer and as a nice extra touch they offer complimentary Rituals bathing gel. No toothpaste. The flatscreen TV offers many German channels, I counted one French, one Turkish and a couple of English ones like CNN, Al-Jazeera, BBC, Bloomberg. The bed is good, the sheets feel good. All receptionists where friendly (I met 3 different ones). That is not always the case in budget hotels. I had the buffet breakfast for 14,5 EUR. I personally liked it. The choice was pretty extensive. Different cold cheeses and sausages as one could expect being in Germany. Different types of breads, mini croissants, pancakes, pastries, yoghurts, cornflakes, muesli. Also baked sausages, scrambled and hard boiled eggs. If you do not take the breakfast you still get complimentary coffee during throughout your stay! I’m happy I chose to stay here and I would come back anytime i have to be in Frankfurt.I came from the main international FRA Frankfurt airport. I took the regional train number S8 (entry through the airport) got off at Russelsheim. From there i took take bus 32. I still needed to walk 800m so if you are loaded you might prefer a taxi. Having said that apparently there is also bus 11 going to Russelsheim regional train that stops just behind the corner.

The room had a weird smell mostly cigarette smoke(even if it was a non smoking room).Very poor breakfast for the price (14.50)During breakfast one employee from maintnance came to eat as well with the guests and it would of not been a problem if he would't started touching all the bread rolls with his hand before choosing one,then procedeed to do the same with every other thing that he wanted to eat.This was very unprofessional.All the guests were shocked.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty to choose from between cooked foods, cereals and bread. It was buffet style, so you could help yourself to as much as you wanted. The dishes were regularly topped up with freshly cooked food. The bed was comfortable but with no air-conditioning, the room soon got pretty warm. I opened the window, which had the downside of traffic noise early in the morning.

The decor is a little dated, though the room itself was very clean. Traffic noise kept me awake from about 5am. I felt it was a bit pricey for the standard of room on offer.

Cannot remember something negative..Having only small hints:. Water in shower could be little warmer. Basics glass cups for drinking water or some coffee mud is missing on room, boiling kettle could be with some bag teas also on the room.

The hotel was easy to get too. There was a lot of parking spots infant of the house. The check in was very simple and quick. The rooms were small but they had everything needed.

Lucky we didn`t choose to eat breakfast at the hotel. On Sunday we thought about eating there but turned around quick. The food / buffet did not look very appealing. It costs 18 Euro per person, which is very overpriced. We drove to the next bakery instead and ate our breakfast there with a delicious coffee for 5 Euros.

We liked the location because it is close to the highway. The beds were comfortable, the internet was good and the staff was very good.

There was no electric kettle in the room to make coffee or tea. There was very little water and it was difficult to take a shower. At breakfast we missed fresh fruit.

Worried about the internet based on other reviews but it worked fine. Secure. Comfortable and big enough. Very nice front desk ladies. Very economical.

A second pillow would be nice. Parking, like most hotels, fills up and probably some have to park on the street. Seems like a safe area though.
