- The rooms and bed.

- The hotel rooms are very modern. Probably the nicest hotel I've ever been in while simultaneously being very low on price compared to other hotels in the Rhein-Main area. There was a balcony and a spacious bathroom with a tub. The hotel room has a mini fridge that was stocked with coke, Applejuice, beer, still and sparkling water when I arrived. I later used this fridge for groceries, so I'm not sure if they would normally restock it. The temperature in the hotel room was consistently pleasant both on extremely hot days and cold rainy days (I stayed almost a month in September going from Summer to Fall weather). You are allowed to bring pets here which was my reason for booking this hotel. But that also means if you want the room cleaned during your stay, you have to discuss it with the front desk. I usually requested cleaning when I thought it needed cleaning and stayed with my pets in the bathroom while the staff cleaned the main room. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Usually the receptionists speak English and German. For other staff such as chefs and cleaning personnel communication can be a little more tricky but we made do.
Cons -
- A man came into our room at 10am morning while we were in there. He Knocked and opened the door immediately, without giving chance to even respond. It should not happen that anyone has a guest keyroom other than the guests. He had an indian accent
- Smell in the corridors, hygene
- I did think the mattress was a little hard for my personal taste but the rest of the experience more than made up for that.I also wish the cleaning policy was explained to me on arrival. The cleaning policy is written on a little info stand on the table in your room. I didn't bother to read that for a few days, wondering if my room just won't be cleaned if I have pets. That wasn't the case. If you want your room cleaned, you have to ask for it. Also maybe make plans for what to do with the pets while they clean (crate or bathroom) because the cleaning personnel will open the balcony doors and windows while cleaning, so if the pets are sitting unsupervised in the room, there's a risk of them running out.

The friendliest staff! A very cozy and comfy bed. The balcony is on point. There is a bus stop right by the hotel, which is very convenient to reach the main train station.
I recommend better check-in security measures as my passport was not requested at check-in nor when i asked for room key fixing when i couldn't open the room's door. Better to check the passports each request for safety reasons.
The location was great. The room was big and clean. The staff was nice and helpful.
unfortunately the neighboring room was very noisy which made the night a bit disturbing.
We stayed here after a long flight back from Asia. We were very happy with the smooth check-in, nice comfortable beds and everything that was foreseen (soap, towels, drinks,...) which we weren't used to anymore after our trip. We LOVED the breakfast after 2 weeks in Asia and recommend everyone to enjoy it. :)
Nothing. There is not much to see around but I think the purpose of the hotel is mostly for airport stays or business stays.
Excellent room. Comfortable bed. Free minibar beverages. Capable staff.
Great staff, nice, well-stocked room
Because there’s a balcony, people can smoke and the room did smell like smoke upon entry. After airing it out it was okay but it could bother some people.
Bed was the best I have ever slept
Toilet closet was next to window at first floor with.Every time when I take shower, full floor was water because of the leaking from hot tub.
Good rooms overall.Easy to park in the surrounding streets.
- Major issue with night check-in: a person on the phone told us "no problem, once you arrive, call me back on this number and i'll be there." Well, despite 30mins of trying, no one was answering the phone and no was there. Hadn't received the instruction to get the key from the key box.- didn't hear the planes, but could hear the road traffic quite easily. The windows didn't seem to block the sounds.
The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The recepcionist was also very nice!
The building is not only for the hotel so the elevators were a bit dirty, but I guess was not the hotel fault. I did not sleep really well to be honest!
Very confortable bed and cozy room.
The building itself is little bit dirty. Parking for extra 15€ and breakfest for 19€ was too much for me.
The hotel is located outside the city center in a quite area. Furniture in the room looked relatively new, and good looking, however the quality looks a bit cheap. I arrived at the hotel late in the evening and left early in the morning to continue my trip.
The building is extremely run down, I believe that this used to be an office or residential building, which has been converted to hotel, however during this process the renovation has been done very very cheap. For instance the elevators need maintenance and some cleaning of the floor, same goes for the main entrance, floor looked dirty and highly damaged. The room however was very clean.
Clean and very comfortable (bed, shower) with very nice staff despite our late arrival. Nice breakfast
The location is very convenient if you are just looking for a stop but it is lost in suburbs. So just check the address. No access without a car.
Absolutely amazing for the price I had to pay, which was around 50 euro. Huge room with clean and beautiful bathtub, very comfortable bed, balcony, television with chrome-cast, and a table and chair to work on, beside the sofa. It is just perfect to have a goodnight sleep under way, I was traveling from Italy to the Netherlands. Sure the surroundings aren’t that amazing, although you can have a lovely swim very nearby at the forrest-swimwater or something, ticket was 4 euro for two persons, and a lot of nature is around. Anyway definitely can recommend it, if you just need a comfortable room for also a decent price this is it. I think people actually live in this building, but it was silent and again just perfect.
Bathtub
Very nice Hotel, clean.
Surrounding is very dirty, Parking dirty, strange people around who make noise all night long.Breakfast was very small, but coffee is very good.
very spacious room, great price, clean and modern
the hotel parking is not included and it is quite expensive (but there is free parking on the road)
The personnel was friendly. The room is large and nice.
There was a lot of someone's hair in the bathtub including pubic hair. Obviously it was not cleaned after the previous guest. One can just wonder what is getting cleaned in the room between guests and if it is cleaned at all?If you are "lucky" you will get a room separated from another room by a door instead of a solid wall so you will clearly hear all biological noises of your neighbour. Pray they do not snore. It looks like there were no free parking spaces nearby so you should always add 13 Euro to your stay per night for parking.
Very new and spacious rooms
No tea or coffee making facilities in room. We had 2 rooms one of which was next door to a room full of drunk men having a party. Staff intervened several times until the noisy guests left only to return at 5am.
- fairly new- big room and bathroom- grocery store nearby- staff seemed nice
- location doesn‘t seem very safe (lound, smoking people below your windows, hotel closes ar night „due to current circumstances“)- unclean (feces in hotel entrance that were not removed in 15 hours, dirt&dust under bed, elevators bad smell & dirty, sheets didn‘t smell clean)- unfinished (looks like old apartment building that‘s not yet completely turned into a hotel, holes in wall (not see through, but wall unfinished))- location difficult to reach by public transport
