Comfortable nights stay en-route to our holiday destination. Helpful staff and fantastic restaurant.
Staff were friendly and helpful
Not clean, room didn't smell nice and floors were sticky.
It was well located. I went there for business. It was calm.
For the check in, the woman at the entrabce was not cheerful. Hopefully is colleague who did the check out, the next morning was much more pleasant
Disappointing
The hotel promotes itself for having two charging stations for e-cars. It does not say that you can only use those if you are subscribed to one of two applications and cannot simply pay by credit card or via a QR code. The hotel bar was poorly staffed and very little choice
The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the parking was free of charge.
The description says the staff could speak English. Well, the person at the reception in the morning was able to speak English, but when we arrived, there was a lady who knew just a few words, so communication was nearly impossible. The hotel is pretty old, and our room was dirty. It's not like dust from the table or something on the floor wasn't cleaned up. It's primarily a shower area, where they had black mold all over the place, in the corners, on the ceiling. Check photos.
We didn’t stay first room we were shown was filthy, the second as bad. See the pictures of the two showers. Currently tr
Absolutely filthy.
People was nice
The rooms are not clean, there were dirt on corners in the floor by the bed, the bathroom was not really clean, I my room there was 1 light not working in the bathroom and on the second room, the AC was dropping water in the entrance floor
Rooms are ok.
The Hotel was closed when I arrived. I waited for 1.5 Hrs before someone could open the Hotel. When I came back from Dinner, the Hotel was again closed. I Waited for 2 Hrs before I could enter the hotel. One of the guests saw me outside and came down to open the Hotel entrance gate,There is no one at the Hotels on Sunday afternoon and Night. It's scary when no one is there to Man the Hotel.
Good location and great secure free parking
it’s seen better days. A little rough around the edges and needs some work to bring it up to a good standard.
The breakfast was good. We had also two dinners at the hotel and the quality of the food was really good. The wines we chose were good, too. The staff was really friendly. We had the hotel conference hall as a storage room for our bikes and we appreciate it a lot.
Nothing comes to mind, we got a lot of bang for the buck. We were not expecting luxury, we got exactly what we needed. It's not the fanciest of hotels and we were not looking for one.
Location, easy parking, comfortable bed
No pool, it was empty with dirty water in the bottom. Stairway carpet was very old and looked dirty.
Lovely swimming pool and friendly staff. We also had a nice dinner in the restaurant.
One of the rooms we stayed in had an old carpet which affected the smell/air quality a bit. The other rooms had newer floors. But overall, a fine stay.
The gentleman who checked us was very pleasant but no dinner was available as they were short of staff. The rooms were tiny and basic and the walls very thin (could hear a guy coughing and singing half the night and the a/c was deafening. The breakfast however was very good but will not be returning
The rooms, the facilities, the noise.
Comfortable and very helpful Staff. Parking good and close to the river for a pleasant walk to bars. Good location.
Clean and comfortable room. Big car park. Decent restaurant.
Breakfast very good for French standards. Small bathrooms. Lacking nightime reading lamps but that might be due to renovation. Price higher than agreed with Booking.com but we're used to that in France. The difference was not tremenduous but it is irritating. The French 'hospitality' industry has forgotten a long time ago about 'hospitality'. Just like 'joie de vivre' commonly assocated with France can only be found in history museums.Saying this, the staff themselves in this hotel were ok.
price difference between hotel charging and Booking.com proce.
