Hotel Brisa Tower Maceió

We had a fantastic 5-night stay,the house is directly on the beach, stunning views , we loved , close to local restaurants

TV was malfunctioning, service is described 24h however we were denied to buy a wine from the menu.

They were amazing! Everything was absolutely fantastic! There's nothing to complain about.The room service, all the staff team, the infrastructure of the room and the hotel itself are incredible.The staff team has an overflowing joy that fills every corner of the hotel.I had the best breakfast ever! The kitchen service is wonderfull.The view of the room is splendid!Really! I loved it so much!

Bathroom really bad and also the swimming pool area! Breakfast was just enough quality!

I did not liked the structure at all! Only the workers were really nice!

Great view of the beach if you have a front view room. The room was comfortable and clean and staff was very welcoming.

Over priced for overall impression. Room much smaller than expected/desired, cramped bathroom, no security for laptop (cable strong point), no desk. Overall, at that price, I would not go back. Way below expectations.

Breakfast: served from 6AM to 10AM and has everything one could think of to fill up for the day. All in all, a good start for the day. We enjoyed it during most of our stay and suggest you do the same.Room: spectacular view of the sea and trees in the seashore. Sun rises early (about 5AM) and you can opt to be awaken by that heavenly light. Bed extremely comfortable once the mattress issue was resolved (see below).Wi-Fi: didn't use much, but seemed acceptable when we did. That location has 5G service, which works much better and has more security than the hotel's "open" network (that requires an easily guessable logon and password, though).

Breakfast: some items (such as "cheese bread") were too dry and could be replaced more frequently to avoid that.Room: the mattress was very noisy the first night we stayed and the staff had serious trouble to find one to suit what we wanted.Common areas: tiny swimming pool.

The view was awesome! Probably one of the best views in Maceió/AL

tried to charge me a turismo daily fee . the hotel is way more outdated than the pictures show. breakfast had a lot of options but with low quality.

room without view, safe box out-of-order; air conditioning did’nt work; too noisy; hotel didn’t seem clean, requires restoration and modernization.

Beautiful view, room was exceptionally quiet, and all service we required was swiftly provided.

Everything was great. Smooth and lovely stay.

Location and breakfast are the best things of the hotel.

The facility was in need of some maintenance ( bathroom with mould), bedroom with some cracking on the wall close to the window (room 401).

The view was spectacular and though it was advertised as a side view of the beach, it was really a better view than I originally thought it was. The staff were more than hospitable especially to a non Portuguese speaker.
